We program and integrate the parts that turn an online store into a system: orders and invoices flow into your accounting software, stock levels and prices flow back to the store, payments and shipping labels work without manual effort, supplier products are imported automatically, and shoppers find products even when they describe them in their own words. We work with WooCommerce, VirtueMart and our own Laravel-based platform. Modules and integrations from €150, accounting integration from €490.

A good fit if
Your accountant retypes every online order and invoice into the accounting software, and you correct stock levels in the store by hand.
Suppliers send products, prices and stock in XML, CSV or Excel files or via an API, and updating them takes hours.
A payment or shipping module stopped working after an update, or you are missing parcel locker selection, shipping labels or pro forma invoices.
You want to sell on Pigu.lt or Varle.lt as well, without maintaining the same products in two places.
You sell to businesses and need customer group pricing, several warehouses and orders without card payment.
Shoppers cannot find products because they search with descriptions rather than exact product names.
A standard basket no longer fits: rentals, bookings, a product configurator or other non-standard logic. In that case we program the store on our own Laravel-based platform.
Not the best fit if
You have fewer than 10 products and they rarely change. A catalogue without a basket (from €799) with an enquiry form is often enough.
Your store runs on Shopify, PrestaShop or OpenCart. We do not offer these platforms, but we can assess moving your data to WooCommerce or our own platform.
Your accounting software or supplier system has neither an API nor data import and export, so an automatic connection is not possible.
Services
What we program and integrate for online stores
Choose a platform or a specific integration: each job has its own page with prices and timeframes.
Product export to Pigu.lt, Varle.lt and other marketplaces, with orders returned to your store. Price after assessment.

What you get
Accounting integration
Orders, customers and invoices are passed to your accounting software if it has an API or an import option; stock levels and prices come back to the store. We integrate with software widely used in Lithuania: Rivilė, Centas, B1.lt, Debetas, Finvalda, Agnum, Stekas and others.
Payments
We connect Paysera or Montonio bank links and cards and, where needed, Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer or pro forma invoices for business customers. The payment status updates the order status automatically.
Shipping and labels
Parcel locker or courier selection at checkout, delivery pricing by weight or order value, shipping labels and a tracking number for the shopper, all from the admin area.
Product imports
Supplier data in XML, CSV, Excel or via an API is loaded using your rules: mark-up, category mapping, new and sold-out products. Updates run on a schedule with no manual work.
Marketplaces
Product export to Pigu.lt, Varle.lt and other marketplaces according to their requirements, with orders returned to a single admin area. The price is assessed against the marketplace specifications.
AI search in your catalogue
Search that understands the question, not just the exact name: shoppers describe what they need and get suitable products. It uses your catalogue, prices and stock, from €790.
Non-standard features
B2B pricing for customer groups, several warehouses, rentals and bookings, product configurators, subscriptions. If a module is missing, we program it rather than settle for a workaround.
Testing, guide and 12-month warranty
Every integration is tested with trial orders in a staging environment, and you receive a short guide. For 12 months we fix programming errors free of charge.
Price
How much does e-commerce programming cost?
The price is built from modules and integrations, not packages. A payment gateway integration costs from €150, a shipping integration from €150 and an accounting software integration from €490. A new WooCommerce store with integrations costs from €999, our own Laravel-based platform from €2,900. Small jobs and fixes are charged at €30/hour.
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is charged (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project; we set it and the timeframe in the contract before work starts.
What the price depends on
How many integrations you need and which: payments, shipping, accounting, suppliers, marketplaces.
Whether the system has an official module or the integration has to be programmed against its API.
Direction: data passed one way only or synchronised both ways.
The number of products and variants and the structure of supplier files.
Non-standard logic: B2B pricing, several warehouses, rentals, configurators.
Whether the store is already live and the condition of its code and plugins.
Additional costs
Payment provider transaction fees and courier services are charged at the providers' rates; you pay them directly.
Integration with Pigu.lt, Varle.lt or another marketplace and AI search are assessed separately; AI search costs from €790 plus a server from €29/month.
Store and integration maintenance (updates, backups, payment and shipping checks) from €29/month.
Online store hosting from €80/year; for our own Laravel platform, a separate server (VPS) from €29/month.
Timeline
How long does e-commerce programming take?
A payment module with an official plugin takes 1–2 working days, a shipping module 1–3 working days, an accounting software integration 3–7 working days with a ready-made module or 1–3 weeks via API, and a product import 1–2 weeks. A new WooCommerce store takes 1–3 weeks, and our own Laravel-based platform usually 3–6 weeks. Timeframes start once we receive the deposit and access details.

Process
How we work
Free assessment1–2 working days
We look at how orders are handled now: where they arrive, who retypes what, which accounting software you use and what supplier files you receive. If your store is live, we review its platform and plugins.
Data map and contract1–2 working days
We describe which data moves between systems, in which direction and how often. The price and timeframe go into the contract, and we start after a 50% deposit.
Programming in staging1 working day – 4 weeks
We program the modules and integrations on a copy of your store so the live store is not affected.
Trial orders1–2 working days
We place trial orders with every payment and delivery method and check invoices in the accounting software, stock levels and emails to shoppers.
Launch1 working day
We move the changes to the live store and monitor the first real orders and data transfers.
Guide and warranty12 months
We show you how to handle orders and where to see integration errors. For 12 months we fix programming errors free of charge; maintenance is available from €29/month.

Examples
Typical scenarios
These examples show how it works. They are not specific client cases.
Orders without retyping into accounting
Situation
For example, a plumbing supplies store receives 10–30 orders a day, and the accountant retypes every order and invoice into the accounting software.
Solution
The integration passes orders, customers and invoices to the accounting software, and stock levels flow back to WooCommerce several times a day.
Outcome
Less manual work, accurate stock levels and all orders in one place.
Supplier products from XML
Situation
For example, a car parts seller lists products from several suppliers: thousands of items, with prices and stock changing daily.
Solution
Imports from supplier XML and CSV files with mark-up rules, category mapping and automatic stock updates.
Outcome
Up-to-date prices with no manual work, and the option to add a new supplier without reprogramming the store.
Search that understands the question
Situation
For example, in a building materials store shoppers type "outdoor tile adhesive", but products are named by manufacturer codes, so the search returns nothing.
Solution
AI search by meaning, based on catalogue descriptions and attributes; only products in stock are shown.
Outcome
Shoppers find products in their own words, and staff get fewer "do you have…" questions.
With AI
What AI can add
In an online store, AI works with your catalogue, prices and orders, not with general knowledge from the internet.
A weekly summary of sales, low stock and unpaid invoices built from store and accounting data.
Tell us what is still done by hand
Let us know your store platform, your accounting software and what your staff retype or update manually. Within 1 working day we will reply with the integration you need, its price and how long it will take.
Yes, that is how we usually work. First we check the platform and plugin versions, then we program and test the integration on a copy of the store. The live store is changed only once trial orders go through without errors.
Which accounting software do you integrate with?
Any software with an API or data import and export. In Lithuania that is most often Rivilė, Centas, B1.lt, Debetas, Finvalda, Agnum or Stekas. Orders, customers and invoices usually go to the accounting software, and stock levels and prices come back. An integration costs from €490.
Which platforms do you program?
Mostly WooCommerce, as well as VirtueMart (Joomla) and our own Laravel-based CMS for non-standard stores. We do not build Shopify, PrestaShop or OpenCart stores.
Can we also sell on marketplaces such as Pigu.lt?
Yes. We prepare a product export to the marketplace specifications and, where the marketplace allows it, return orders to your store admin area. Each marketplace has its own rules, so we confirm the price and timeframe after a free assessment.
How is AI search different from standard search?
Standard search matches words; AI search matches meaning. Shoppers can describe what they need a product for and still get suitable results, even if those words do not appear in product names. The search uses only your catalogue, prices and stock. Price from €790, server from €29/month.
What happens if the accounting software or a supplier file is unavailable?
The integration does not stop the store: orders wait in a queue and are sent once the system is available again, and the person responsible is notified. Errors are shown in a log, so you can see which order or product did not go through.
Do we own the code?
The code of integrations and modules written for your store is handed over to you; the terms are set out in the contract. For our own Laravel-based platform, code handover terms are also agreed in the contract.
