WooCommerce development and integrations

We develop and integrate WooCommerce stores: we build the plugins your store is missing, connect payments and parcel lockers, automate product imports from suppliers and link the store to your accounting software or marketplaces. We work with stores that are already running, and if you do not have one yet, we program a new one on WordPress and WooCommerce. Payment or shipping integration: from €150; accounting integration: from €490; smaller tasks: €30/hour.

A good fit if

  • You already run a WooCommerce store, but it needs a feature that no plugin offers, or several plugins conflict with each other.
  • Your accountant retypes orders and invoices into the accounting software by hand, and you want them to arrive there automatically.
  • Suppliers send price lists as Excel, CSV or XML files, and prices and stock in your store should update without manual work.
  • After a WordPress or WooCommerce update, the payment or shipping module stopped working.
  • You sell to businesses and need customer group pricing, pro forma invoices or ordering without card payment.
  • You want to sell the same products on marketplaces such as Pigu.lt or Varle.lt without entering them twice.

Not the best fit if

  • You need rentals with an availability calendar, a product configurator or complex B2B logic – that would mean combining dozens of plugins. A custom Laravel store is the more reliable option (from €2,900).
  • You have fewer than 10 products and buyers usually ask questions before ordering. A product catalogue without a basket is enough (from €799).
  • Your store runs on Shopify, PrestaShop or OpenCart. We do not work with these platforms.
  • You only need a new store design without new features or integrations. We do not offer design work.

WooCommerce is our main e-commerce platform: about 95% of the online stores we have programmed run on it. We also have hands-on experience with AI for e-commerce: smart search over a vector database, chatbots and syncing with Google Sheets or Excel. We do not publish client names.

What you get

Custom plugins

When no ready-made plugin fits, we program your own WooCommerce plugin: extra product fields, pricing rules, order statuses, reports or exports. We keep the code in a separate plugin without editing WooCommerce files, so updates do not overwrite it.

Online payments

Paysera or Montonio: bank links and payment cards; if needed, Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer or pro forma invoices for businesses. The order status changes automatically once the payment arrives.

Shipping and parcel lockers

Omniva, DPD, LP Express or Venipak parcel locker choice in the basket, shipping rates by weight or order value, labels and tracking numbers straight from the admin area.

Product import from suppliers

Automatic product, price and stock updates from supplier XML, CSV or API feeds: category mapping, mark-up rules, images and product variations.

Accounting integration

Orders, customers and invoices go to your accounting software, and stock levels come back to the store. We integrate with popular Lithuanian accounting software – Rivilė, Centas, B1.lt, Debetas, Finvalda, Agnum, Stekas and others – via API or import.

Marketplaces

Product feeds for Pigu.lt, Varle.lt and other marketplaces to their XML requirements; where the marketplace allows it, orders are passed back to WooCommerce.

B2B features

Customer group pricing, company and VAT number fields, pro forma invoices as PDF, ordering without card payment.

Updates, testing and a 12-month warranty

We make changes on a copy of your store, then check payments, shipping and emails with test orders. We fix bugs in our code free of charge for 12 months.

Prices include all taxes – no VAT is charged (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project: we put it and the timeline in the contract before work starts.

What the price depends on

  • Whether the service has an official WooCommerce plugin or the integration has to be programmed against its API.
  • Which data flows and in which direction: only orders to accounting, or stock and prices back to the store as well.
  • The number and structure of supplier files: categories, product variations, images, mark-up rules.
  • How many plugins are already installed and whether the store is up to date – older versions sometimes need updating first.
  • Whether you need several languages, B2B pricing or several warehouses.

Additional costs

  • Paid plugin licences – only if needed; we list them in the quote.
  • Payment and shipping service fees – according to their own rates.
  • Store hosting – from €80/year; if your store is hosted elsewhere, we work with your server.
  • Maintenance after the work – €29/month, €59/month or €119/month.

Timeline

How long does a WooCommerce integration take?

A payment module takes 1–2 working days, one shipping service 1–3 working days, and an accounting integration 3–7 working days with a ready-made plugin or 1–3 weeks via API. The timeline starts once we receive the deposit and access to the store and services.

Process

How we work

  1. Free assessment1 working day

We discuss what your store is missing: a feature, an integration or manual work you want to get rid of. We tell you whether an existing plugin will do or whether it needs programming.

  2. Store check and backup1 working day

We make a backup and check the WordPress, WooCommerce and plugin versions and the error logs.

  3. Task list and fixed price1 working day

We send a task list with prices and timelines. The price and timeline go into the contract, and we start once we receive a 50% deposit.

  4. Programming on a test copydepends on scope

We make the changes on a copy of your store, so shoppers notice nothing. You test the result yourself.

  5. Test orders and go-live1 working day

We place a test order with every payment and delivery method, check emails, invoices and accounting data, then move the changes to the live store.

  6. Warranty and maintenance12 months

For 12 months we fix bugs in our code free of charge. You can leave updates and integration checks to us – maintenance costs from €29/month.

Examples

Typical scenarios

These examples show how it works. They are not specific client cases.

Orders reach accounting without retyping

Situation
For example, a home appliance store receives several dozen orders a day, and the accountant retypes every invoice into the accounting software and corrects stock by hand.
Solution
An integration between WooCommerce and the accounting software: paid orders and invoices are passed on automatically, and stock levels return to the store several times a day.
Outcome
Invoices in accounting without retyping, and stock levels that match in the store and the warehouse.

Supplier products and marketplaces

Situation
For example, a sports goods retailer receives a supplier XML file with several thousand products and wants to sell them both in its own store and on Pigu.lt.
Solution
An automatic import with category mapping and mark-up rules, plus a product feed from WooCommerce that meets the marketplace's requirements.
Outcome
One place to manage products, with up-to-date prices and stock in every sales channel.

B2B orders

Situation
For example, a building materials wholesaler wants to take orders from businesses online: each customer group has its own prices, and some customers pay against a pro forma invoice.
Solution
A WooCommerce plugin with customer group pricing, ordering without card payment and a pro forma invoice as PDF.
Outcome
Business orders outside office hours too, and fewer calls about prices.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you take over WooCommerce stores that are already running?

Yes. First we make a backup and check the WordPress, WooCommerce and plugin versions and the error logs. Then we send a task list with prices: updates, fixing broken modules, new features. Smaller tasks cost €30/hour.

Which accounting software can you connect to WooCommerce?

Popular Lithuanian accounting software – Rivilė, Centas, B1.lt, Debetas, Finvalda, Agnum, Stekas and others – as long as the software has an API or a data import and export option. The integration costs from €490; we give an exact price once we know which data needs to flow and in which direction.

Can I sell my WooCommerce products on Pigu.lt or Varle.lt?

Yes. We prepare a product feed to the marketplace's XML requirements and, where the marketplace allows it, pass orders back to WooCommerce. Price and timeline are given after assessment, as every marketplace has its own requirements.

Is WooCommerce really free?

Yes, the WooCommerce plugin and WordPress are free open-source software. You pay for hosting, the domain and, if needed, paid plugins – for example some shipping, invoicing or B2B pricing plugins. We list any licences you need in the quote.

Do you also program new WooCommerce stores?

Yes – a new store costs from €999. We start with features and data: which payment methods, couriers, product sources and accounting software you need, so the store runs without manual retyping from day one.

Who updates WordPress and WooCommerce after the work?

You can update them yourself or leave it to us. Updates are essential for security but sometimes cause plugin conflicts, so we make a backup before updating and check payments, shipping and emails afterwards. Maintenance costs €29/month, €59/month or €119/month.

Who owns the code we order?

You do. Once the work is finished and fully paid, we hand over the plugin code and access details. WooCommerce is open-source software, so you can keep developing the store with any developer. Paid plugin licences are subject to their developers' terms.
