ChatGPT and AI integration into websites and systems
AI integration means connecting a language model (OpenAI's GPT, which also powers ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini) to your website, CRM or online store so that a specific task is done automatically: emails are sorted, product descriptions are written and documents are read. Saitai.lt integrates models via API. Prices start at €990, with a timeline of 2–4 weeks.

Who it’s for
- Your online store has hundreds of products with no descriptions, or with the supplier's texts in English.
- Enquiries, invoices, complaints and spam all land in a shared inbox, and someone spends time every day sorting and forwarding them.
- Before a call, a sales manager spends ages reading the customer's history in the CRM, when a short summary would do.
- Your website search can't find a product if the customer calls it something different from the name in the catalogue.
- Details from orders, contracts or delivery notes in PDF files are retyped into the system by hand.
- Your team already uses ChatGPT, but copies texts and data between programs by hand.
When it’s not the right fit
- The AI has to carry out multi-step work across several systems by itself. That's an AI agent – from €1,490.
- The task can be described with exact rules, for example transferring an order total to your accounting software. An ordinary integration without AI is enough – it's cheaper and more accurate.
- You only need texts for a few products a month. It's simpler to use the ChatGPT or Claude app by hand.
- The system has no API and doesn't allow data import or export – so there's nowhere to write the AI's output.

What you get
Task specification and quality criteria
Together, we define what counts as a good result: the length and tone of a description, the email categories, the required fields in a document. We use these to assess the model's work.
A model chosen using your examples
We try out the same task with several models and compare the quality, speed and cost per request. For simple tasks, a smaller, cheaper model is often enough.
The feature where you work
A “Write description” button in your online store admin, automatic email tagging or new fields in your CRM – the result appears where your staff already work.
Instructions for the model and structured output
We give the model clear instructions and your examples, and receive the answer in a fixed format, so the system can save it without manual fixes.
Employee review
Where a mistake would be costly, for example in a product's composition or an invoice total, the AI's output is marked as a draft and waits for an employee to approve it.
Log and cost control
Every request to the model and its cost is logged. Spending stays within a monthly limit agreed with you.
Launch and a 12-month warranty
We show your staff how to use the new feature and how to correct the AI's output. For 12 months, we fix programming bugs free of charge.
Price
How much does AI integration cost?
Price from
€990
AI integration into a single business process costs from €990: that's the price of integrating one task, such as sorting emails or writing product descriptions, into your website, CRM or online store. Each month, you pay separately for support – from €29/month (on our VPS) – and for AI model usage by volume of requests.
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is added (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project: we put it and the timeline in the contract before work starts.
What the price depends on
- How many tasks and output formats are needed.
- Whether the system has an API, or the integration has to be built inside it, for example as a WooCommerce plugin.
- How many records are processed: dozens or thousands a day.
- Whether an employee has to approve the result, and what kind of review screen they need.
- How many languages the output is needed in, for example descriptions in Lithuanian, Latvian and English.
- Whether the documents are text-based PDFs or scanned images.
Additional costs
- The integration runs inside your system or separately – on a VPS we provide or on your own server; the price depends on this too. Support on our VPS from €29/month covers hosting and uptime monitoring; when the integration runs on your website, a more powerful server or your own server, the support price depends on the server and the size of the solution.
- AI model usage (API) – charged by the actual volume of requests, within a monthly limit agreed with you. For a one-off job, such as 2,000 product descriptions, we calculate the cost in advance.
- New processes after launch – under a separate quote, agreed in writing.
Timeline
How long does AI integration take?
AI integration into a single process takes 2–4 weeks from receiving the deposit and examples. A simple feature, such as writing descriptions in your online store admin, takes about 2 weeks, while extracting data from documents and writing it into another system takes up to 4 weeks.
| Task | Example | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Writing texts | product descriptions and meta descriptions following your style rules, translations | 2–3 weeks |
| Classification and summaries | sorting emails by topic and urgency, summarising a customer's history in the CRM | 2–3 weeks |
| Semantic search | website search that finds a product even without its exact name | 2–4 weeks |
| Extracting data from documents | fields from an order, contract or delivery note PDF → a record in your system | 3–4 weeks |
Process
How it works
- Free assessment1–2 working days
We discuss the task and your systems. If the task doesn't need AI, we tell you straight away.
- Specification and fixed price1–3 working days
We set out what the integration does, where the result appears and when an employee needs to approve it. The price and timeline go into the contract, and we start once we receive the 50% deposit.
- Model testing3–5 working days
Using 30–100 of your examples, we test several models and versions of the instructions. We show you the results and the cost per request.
- Development1–2 weeks
We build the feature into your website, online store or CRM and create a review screen and a log. You try out an interim version in a test environment.
- Launch1–2 working days
We switch the integration on, show your staff how to use it and hand over a short guide.
- Monitoring and warranty12 months
During the first month, we check the results and fine-tune the model's instructions. For 12 months, we fix programming bugs free of charge.

ChatGPT app, off-the-shelf plugin or custom integration?
| Criterion | ChatGPT or Claude app | Off-the-shelf AI plugin | Custom integration (Saitai.lt) |
|---|---|---|---|
| How it works | an employee copies data into the chat and the result back out | a single feature designed by the plugin developer | a feature built around your process, inside your system |
| Upfront cost | €0 extra | plugin licence | from €990 |
| Monthly costs | a subscription for each user | licence and/or model usage | support from €29/month (on our VPS); model usage charged separately |
| Connection to your data | copying by hand | only the fields the plugin developer planned for | any fields you need – via API or import |
| Output | free text that has to be moved across | a fixed format | follows your rules and is saved straight into the system |
| Best for | occasional tasks and trials | a standard task on a popular platform | a frequent or non-standard task, or work across several systems |
Examples
Typical scenarios
Product descriptions for an online store
- Situation
- For example, a home appliance online store receives products from suppliers' XML files with technical specifications in English, and only some of its products have descriptions in Lithuanian.
- Solution
- A button appears in the WooCommerce admin that turns the technical specifications into a Lithuanian product description and meta description following the store's style rules. Descriptions for new products are written automatically and wait for the content manager's approval.
- Result
- Descriptions in a consistent style, with only the technical specifications as the source, while the content manager catches any made-up features when checking the text before publishing.
Customer history summary in the CRM
- Situation
- For example, at an equipment servicing company, a customer's CRM record holds dozens of emails, comments and job entries. Before calling, a sales manager spends several minutes reading them.
- Solution
- A short summary appears in the customer record: recent orders, open questions and complaints. The summary is generated from CRM data and updated whenever a new entry is added.
- Result
- An overview of the customer's situation in a few seconds, and fewer important details missed.
Semantic website search
- Situation
- For example, shoppers at a plumbing supplies store search for an “under-sink water filter”, but the product has a different name in the catalogue, so the search finds nothing.
- Solution
- We set up semantic search, which finds suitable products even when the words don't match. Product prices and stock levels come from the store, not from the AI.
- Result
- Fewer searches with no results, and a list of searches for which the catalogue has no products.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The ChatGPT or Claude app is designed for a person who types in a question themselves. An API gives your system access to the same models: it passes on the data and receives the result by itself. API usage is charged by the volume of text processed, not by the number of users. In their paid API terms, providers state that customer data is not used to train models by default – we check this on every project.
