Search engine optimisation: better search visibility in Google and AI search

We optimise websites for search engines from the technical side: we fix indexing and structure errors, add structured data (schema) and llms.txt, and organise your content so that Google and AI search tools – ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews – can understand it. Our developers make the fixes on the site itself rather than just listing them in a report. One-off optimisation costs from €119, monthly work from €119/month, GEO from €349/month.

A good fit if

  • Your website works, but it brings almost no enquiries from Google, and competitors fill the first page of results.
  • Search traffic dropped after moving to a new platform or changing URLs, and you do not know why.
  • Your online store has hundreds of products, but categories and product pages do not show up in search, or the wrong pages do.
  • Error notices keep piling up in Google Search Console, and your developer has no time to deal with them.
  • You want ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to be able to find and understand your pages when customers ask about your field.
  • We are programming a new website or module for you, and you want URLs, structure and data to be search-ready from day one.

Not the best fit if

  • You need customers within a few weeks. Search optimisation usually shows results after 3–6 months; paid advertising suits quick traffic better, and we do not provide it.
  • You expect a guaranteed first place in Google or a mention in a ChatGPT answer. Nobody can guarantee that – we commit to doing the agreed work on time and showing it in a report.
  • Your website is so outdated that fixing it costs more than modernising it. In that case we suggest modernisation first and optimisation alongside it.
  • Hardly anyone searches online for your services, for example in a very narrow B2B niche. Direct contacts will help more, and a solid technical base is enough for the website.

We build AI search on vector databases ourselves, so we know from practice how AI systems break down and use website content. We do not publish client names – confidentiality agreements require this.

Included

What you get

Technical review and work plan

We check indexing, mobile usability, duplicates, redirects, headings and content. You get a prioritised list of issues: what to fix first and what it will cost.

Search and question research

We collect the searches and questions your customers use, group them and assign them to specific pages. This shows where content is missing and which new pages are needed.

Technical optimisation

We fix indexing errors, redirects, the XML sitemap and robots.txt. As we are developers, we change the template and the system ourselves instead of handing you a to-do list.

Structured data and llms.txt

We add schema.org markup – Organization, Service, Product, FAQPage and more – and an llms.txt file, so search engines and AI systems understand exactly who you are, what you offer and at what price.

Content structured around searches

We tidy up page titles, descriptions, headings and internal links. If texts are missing, we write them – from €29/page.

Visibility in AI search (GEO)

We structure content into clear answers, tables and FAQs so AI search tools can read and cite it. This is a separate service – from €349/month.

Monthly report

The report covers work done, impressions and clicks from Google Search Console, rankings for key searches and website enquiries if analytics is set up.

Price

How much does search engine optimisation cost?

One-off optimisation costs from €119: on-page and technical work whose scope depends on the website. Monthly optimisation is from €119/month: technical fixes, content structure and a report every month. GEO for AI search costs from €349/month. An audit of an online store or catalogue costs from €99; if you order optimisation within a month of the audit, its cost is credited.

Prices include all taxes – no VAT is charged (we are not VAT-registered). Monthly work has a minimum contract of 3 months. The final price depends on the project: we put it in the contract before work starts.

What the price depends on

  • Competition in your field and the searches you want to be visible for.
  • The number of pages and products – online stores need more technical work.
  • The technical state of the website: how many errors need fixing in the first months.
  • How much new content is needed and whether we write it.
  • Whether you need GEO and several language versions.
  • The platform (WordPress, Joomla or custom) and whether we can make the fixes ourselves.

Additional costs

  • Additional texts – from €29/page.
  • Larger technical changes (e.g. a new template or module) – €30/hour or under a separate quote.

Timeline

How soon will you see changes in search?

The first technical fixes are done in the first 1–2 weeks, while changes in rankings and traffic usually show after 3–6 months. In competitive fields and for new websites it can take 6–12 months. Nobody can promise an exact timeline: it depends on competitors and the search engines.

Process

How we work

  1. Free initial assessment1–2 working days

We look at your website and 3–5 key searches, point out the main issues and tell you whether optimisation is worth investing in for your case.

  2. Review and work plan3–5 working days

We review the technical side and content, research searches and draw up a 3-month plan with a price. The plan goes into the contract.

  3. Technical optimisation1–2 weeks

We fix indexing, redirect and structure errors directly on the website or prepare a brief for your developer.

  4. Content and structured datamonthly

We optimise existing pages, write missing texts, add schema markup and organise internal links.

  5. GEO – if orderedmonthly

We prepare content for AI search, create llms.txt and check how AI assistants answer questions about your field.

  6. Report and next month’s planmonthly

Every month we send a report, discuss the results and adjust the plan based on what works.

Examples

Typical scenarios

These examples show how it works. They are not specific client cases.

An online store with hundreds of products

Situation
For example, an online store has 800 products, but some categories are not indexed, descriptions are copied from the manufacturer and filters create thousands of duplicate pages.
Solution
Cleaning up duplicates and filters, Product markup, category texts, description templates and internal links between related products.
Outcome
A cleaner index, categories that can compete in search and a priority list for the coming months.

Traffic fell after a migration

Situation
For example, a company moved its website to a new platform, and a month later visits from Google halved: the old URLs return 404 errors.
Solution
Mapping old and new URLs, 301 redirects, carrying over page titles and descriptions, and submitting the sitemap in Google Search Console.
Outcome
Working redirects, error monitoring and a chance to win back the lost traffic.

AI assistants cannot find prices and services

Situation
For example, a service company publishes its prices and terms only in a PDF and in images, and the website has no structured data.
Solution
Prices and terms are moved into text, and an FAQ, Organization and Service markup and an llms.txt file are added.
Outcome
Content that search engines and AI systems can read and link to your company.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you guarantee first place in Google or a mention in ChatGPT?

No. Rankings and AI answers depend on search engine algorithms and competitors, so no company can guarantee them, and such promises should raise suspicion. We commit to specific work on agreed dates, and the monthly report shows impressions, clicks and enquiries from search.

How long is the contract?

Monthly optimisation has a minimum contract of 3 months, with no 12-month commitment. The first months usually go on technical errors and core content, later on expanding the content. One-off optimisation needs no long-term contract.

What is GEO and do I need it?

GEO (generative engine optimisation) means preparing a website for AI search: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews. The aim is for these systems to find, understand and be able to cite your pages. GEO builds on the same technical base and, as a separate service, costs from €349/month.

Will you make the changes on the website yourselves?

Yes. The Saitai.lt team includes developers, so we make technical fixes – redirects, structured data, template errors – ourselves in WordPress, Joomla, WooCommerce or a custom system. If another developer looks after your website, we prepare a clear brief for them.

What is the difference between one-off and monthly optimisation?

One-off optimisation (from €119) is agreed work done once: we fix technical errors and tidy up the key pages. Monthly optimisation (from €119/month) is ongoing: we watch for new errors, expand content and send a report every month.

Is it worth optimising while a new website is still being programmed?

Yes. The structure, URLs, structured data and texts are then built around searches from the start rather than reworked later. Google trusts new websites slowly, so results usually take 6–12 months.

What data will the report show?

Work done, impressions, clicks and average positions from Google Search Console, rankings for key searches, and visitors and enquiries from Google Analytics 4.

What access will you need?

Access to the website admin, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4. If you do not have these accounts, we create them in your company’s name, so the accounts and their data stay with you if we stop working together.
