How we create content

The texts on Saitai.lt are prepared by our own team: we use AI tools for drafts, we edit the texts, and we check the language with AI tools and an editor's review. The English version is translated from Lithuanian with AI translation models and then edited. Prices come only from the Saitai.lt price list approved by the director, and company facts from a single approved list. People check the facts and prices, and we consult specialists on complex technical questions. On service, pricing and information pages, and in articles, we state who prepared the text and when it was last updated.

Our approach

Why we publish these rules

On this website we write about prices, timelines, technologies and legal requirements – the things you base your choice of service and your budget on. That is why we prepare content to the same rules every time, and we publish those rules so that you can judge how far you can trust what you read.

These rules apply to service and pricing pages, frequently asked questions (FAQ) and articles.

Authors

Who is involved in writing the texts

We sign our texts in the name of the team. Below is who is responsible for what.

Saitai.lt editorial team

Prepares the structure and first draft of a text, based on the service description, the price list and the questions clients ask before they order. The byline at the top of the page, below the introduction, reads: “Prepared by the Saitai.lt team”.

Team specialists

On more complex technical topics, we consult the team's developers and SEO, advertising or AI specialists as needed, so that we describe the work, technologies and limitations correctly.

Director

Approves prices, timelines, warranty terms and company facts. Any figure the director has not approved does not make it onto the website.

Language checks

We check the language with AI tools, and an editor reviews the text against the recommendations of the State Commission of the Lithuanian Language (VLKK) and our style guide, with the same terms used across the whole website. English texts are edited in British English to the same style guide.

AI tools

We use AI tools to prepare drafts and text structure. For us, AI-generated text is only a draft: we edit it, check the facts and prices against approved data, and check the language with AI tools and an editor's review.

Process

How a text gets onto the website

  1. Facts and brief

We gather the approved data: what the service includes, its price, timeline and warranty, and what the price does not cover.

  2. Draft

Using AI tools, we prepare a draft that first answers the client's key questions: who the service suits, what the price includes, how much it costs and how long it takes.

  3. Editing

The editorial team corrects and adds to the draft. On more complex technical questions, we check with a team specialist as needed.

  4. Fact and language check

We check prices, timelines, terms and company details against the price list and fact list approved by the director, then check the language with AI tools and an editor's review.

  5. Publication

At the top of service, pricing and information pages, and of articles, we state who prepared the text and the date it was updated. We change that date only after a substantial change to the text.

Sources

Where our prices and facts come from

  • The prices of our services come only from the Saitai.lt price list approved by the director. A price “from €X” means the lowest price of a typical project; the exact price depends on the project and is written into the contract.
  • We set our starting prices in 2026 after comparing the publicly listed prices of Lithuanian web studios and freelancers.
  • All our prices include all taxes – no VAT is added, as we are not VAT-registered.
  • Third-party costs – fees for AI model usage, domains, servers or payment systems – are stated according to the suppliers' official price lists, and we note that they may change. Advertising budgets are not included in our price: you pay them directly to the advertising platform.
  • Company facts – experience since 1998, company details, contacts, warranty terms – come from a single approved fact list. When a fact changes, we correct it on every page at once.
  • When writing about legislation, taxes and language standards, we rely on official sources: the Register of Legal Acts (e-tar.lt), EUR-Lex, and the websites of the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI), the Centre of Registers and VLKK. In such texts we link to the sources and do not assess your particular legal situation.
  • For descriptions of technologies, we use official developer documentation (Google, WordPress, OpenAI, Anthropic and others) and our own work experience.
  • Examples of our work are only real projects we have completed. We never present made-up cases as our own work.

Updates

How we update content

We review prices and timelines at least every 6 months, and immediately whenever the price list changes. Other content is reviewed when a service, technology or law changes.

We change the “Updated” date only when a fact, price or recommendation in the text has actually changed – not because of a corrected comma or a new photo.

When we spot a factual error, we correct it and update the date. The exact price of your project is always stated in the proposal and the contract.

Limits

What we never publish

  • Unverified figures – numbers of projects, clients or employees that we cannot prove.
  • Words like “leading”, “the best” or “the biggest”, or any other claims readers cannot check.
  • Promises we cannot guarantee, such as top positions in Google search or a specific increase in sales.
  • Anonymous reviews. We collect client reviews publicly, on our Google Business Profile.
  • Claims about projects completed with a program or platform if we have no such projects, or descriptions of services we do not provide.
  • Confidential client information: contract terms, internal company data, login details.
  • Texts copied from other websites, or AI-generated text without editorial work and a language check.
