Maintenance for websites, integrations and AI solutions

We maintain live websites, online stores, their integrations and AI solutions: we install content management system (CMS) and plugin updates, take backups, monitor uptime, check the connections to accounting software, payment gateways and shipping services after updates, and make content edits. We work with WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, VirtueMart and custom Laravel systems. Maintenance plans cost €29/month, €59/month and €119/month, one-off jobs €30/hour, and support for AI solutions on our servers from €29/month.

A good fit if

  • Nobody installs updates on your WordPress or Joomla website because everyone is afraid something will break.
  • Your website was programmed by another developer or agency, and now there's nobody to turn to for edits and fixes.
  • Your website is connected to accounting software, a payment gateway or a shipping service, and you want those connections to keep working after every update.
  • You sell online, and every hour your basket or payments are down means lost orders.
  • Your website runs an AI chatbot or agent whose knowledge base needs updating and whose performance needs watching.
  • You need to change prices, post news or upload photos several times a month, but your staff don't have the time.

Not the best fit if

  • Your website is looked after by your own IT person, who installs updates and checks backups regularly. In that case one-off jobs when you need help are enough – €30/hour.
  • Your website is built on a website builder (such as Wix), and the platform itself takes care of the server and updates.
  • Your content management system is so old that it can no longer be updated safely. Then it's worth modernising the website first (quoted separately) and maintaining the updated version.
  • You need new features or integrations. That's programming work, which we quote separately.

Included

What you get

Updates with checks

We update the CMS, plugins and theme after taking a backup, then check the main pages, forms and – for an online store – the basket and payments.

Backups

Files and the database are backed up weekly (daily in the Business and Premium plans) and before every update. If the website breaks, we restore it from the last working backup.

Uptime monitoring

We monitor your website's availability automatically, so we hear about an outage from a monitoring alert, not from your customers.

Integration checks

After updates, we check that the connections to your accounting software, payment gateways, shipping services and other APIs still work; if a connection breaks, we fix it.

Support for AI solutions

For chatbots, AI agents and AI search on our servers – hosting, uptime monitoring and knowledge base updates, from €29/month.

Content edits

Changes to prices, texts, photos or news: the maintenance plans include from 30 minutes (Basic) to 5 hours (Premium) a month, and extra time costs €30/hour.

Security

We remove unused plugins and users, protect admin access and install security updates promptly.

Bug fixing

We fix white screens, broken forms, payment errors and update conflicts on WordPress, Joomla, WooCommerce, VirtueMart and Laravel.

Email and servers

Company mailboxes on your domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so emails stay out of spam, and VPS set-up and administration for systems.

Price

Prices include all taxes – no VAT is charged (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the website: we put the scope and price of maintenance in the contract before work starts.

What the price depends on

  • Your content management system and number of plugins: the more plugins, the more updates and checks.
  • Whether it's an online store: after every update we check the basket, payments, shipping modules and customer emails.
  • How many integrations (accounting, payments, shipping, other APIs) and AI solutions need monitoring.
  • How many edits you need a month and how quickly.
  • How often you need backups: weekly or daily.
  • The website's condition when we take it on: an outdated CMS or unsupported plugins are sorted out first as a separate job.

Additional costs

  • Hosting for websites – from €60/year, online stores and catalogues – from €80/year, a VPS for systems – from €29/month, a .lt domain – from €8/year.
  • AI model usage (API) – billed as used, with a monthly cap.
  • Renewals of paid plugin and theme licences – at the vendors' prices.
  • Work beyond the time included in your plan – €30/hour; larger jobs under a separate quote agreed in writing.

How we work

  1. Free assessment1 working day

We review your CMS and plugin versions, integrations, hosting, the state of your backups and any obvious security gaps, and tell you what needs fixing before maintenance starts.

  2. Access and initial backup1–2 working days

Once we have admin, hosting and domain access, we back up the whole website and switch on uptime monitoring.

  3. Initial clean-up1–3 working days

We update an outdated CMS and plugins and remove unused plugins and users. Bigger jobs are quoted separately.

  4. Monthly workmonthly

Depending on the plan, we install updates monthly or weekly, take and check backups, and make the edits you send us.

  5. Help when things go wrongas needed

If your website or an integration stops working, we fix the error or restore the website from a backup and explain what happened.

Examples

Typical scenarios

These examples show how it works. They are not specific client cases.

A WordPress website nobody has updated

Situation
For example, a service company's website was programmed a few years ago and hasn't been updated since. The original developer no longer replies, and the company only has some of the admin logins.
Solution
We recover access together with the hosting provider, take a backup, test updates on a copy first and only then install them. We replace unsupported plugins and put the website on monthly maintenance.
Outcome
An up-to-date website, working backups and one contact for every technical question.

An online store with no payments after an update

Situation
For example, the owner of a WooCommerce store updated the plugins themselves, and the payment methods disappeared from the basket. Orders stopped, and nobody knows what broke.
Solution
We find the incompatible plugin, fix the error or temporarily roll back to the previous version, and place a test order. From then on we install updates ourselves and check the basket and payment integration after each one.
Outcome
Working payments again, a clear update routine and less downtime.

A chatbot with outdated information

Situation
For example, a website runs an AI chatbot, but prices and delivery terms have changed and the bot still answers from the old data.
Solution
We update the knowledge base, check the answers against a set of test questions and monitor the bot on our server – from €29/month.
Outcome
A bot that answers from current prices and rules, and one contact for technical questions.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you maintain websites programmed by someone else?

Yes. First we review the website free of charge: CMS and plugin versions, integrations, hosting, backups and possible security gaps. If everything is in order, we start maintenance straight away; if it needs updating first, we quote that work separately. The website can stay with its current hosting provider.

What does the €29/month plan include?

Monthly CMS and plugin updates, weekly backups, uptime monitoring and up to 30 minutes of edits a month; small edit requests are handled within 2 working days. Hosting isn't included: it costs from €60/year for a website and from €80/year for an online store. If you need more working time, daily backups or a faster response, choose the Business (€59/month) or Premium (€119/month) plan.

What does support for AI solutions include?

For AI solutions we host on our servers, support costs from €29/month: hosting, uptime monitoring and knowledge base updates. AI model usage is billed as used, with a monthly cap. A chatbot always tells users that it is an AI, and decisions about people are made by a person.

Does unused maintenance time carry over to the next month?

No. The working time in your plan applies to the month you pay for. If you need more edits in a given month, extra time costs €30/hour; if that happens regularly, we'll suggest a plan with more time – Business (2 hours) or Premium (5 hours a month).

Do I need to host my website on your server?

No. We can maintain your website with your current hosting provider – we just need hosting control panel and website admin access. If you'd like hosting and maintenance in one place, the website can be hosted on our server (from €60/year); moving it is quoted separately.

Can you help if my website suddenly goes down?

Yes. Call +370 670 99265 – a website or store that's down is our first priority. If we maintain the website, we already have its backup and access, so restoring it is usually quicker. Work beyond your plan's time, and help for websites without a plan, costs €30/hour.

Can updates break my website?

They can, which is why we never install them blindly. We take a backup before updating, then check the main pages, forms, integrations and – for an online store – the basket and payments. If a plugin isn't compatible with the new version, we roll back and look for an alternative.

Can we still edit the content ourselves if we order maintenance?

Yes. Maintenance doesn't take away your access: you can still change texts, photos and prices yourself, while we look after the technical side. Just don't update plugins yourself, or let us know if you do – that way we avoid conflicts and duplicate work.
