We check how AI search tools and agents see your website: structured data, llms.txt, and whether your company appears in answers to 10–20 questions that matter to you. You get a list of recommendations.
- 2. Pilot in 1–2 weeks – from €590
One process on your real data: a chatbot with one knowledge base, one report or one document type. We build a test set, compare the work before and after, and decide together whether to continue.
- 3. Implementation
We connect the solution to your website, CRM, online store or accounting software, log AI actions, set a spending cap, label where AI is answering and show your team how to use it. The price depends on the solution (see the table below).
- 4. Maintenance
We monitor the solution, update the knowledge base, switch AI models when needed and report on costs: €29/month, €59/month or €119/month, depending on scope. AI model usage is billed by actual use.

What does the cost of an AI solution depend on?
- How much data is needed and in what shape: a few pages of FAQs or hundreds of documents that need tidying up.
- Which systems we connect to: website, online store, CRM, accounting software, email, telephony.
- Whether the AI only answers and suggests, or takes actions itself – the latter needs more checks and a log.
- How many languages the solution must handle and how accurately it must recognise Lithuanian speech.
- Where it runs: on our server in the EU, on your server or with a private model.
- How many requests per month you expect – this drives AI model usage costs.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an AI agent for business cost?
An AI agent that completes multi-step tasks in your systems costs from €1,490. If one AI task is enough – for example, sorting emails or drafting replies – that’s an AI integration, which costs from €990. Maintenance and actual AI model usage are added monthly.
How much does a website chatbot cost?
A chatbot with a knowledge base built from your website and documents costs from €490, and support on our server costs from €29/month. AI model usage is billed by the number of conversations, within an agreed monthly cap.
Can we start with a small trial?
Yes. After the free assessment we offer a pilot costing from €590: within 1–2 weeks we test one process on your real data, compare the result with how the work is done now and decide together whether to continue. If AI would not help your process, we say so at the assessment stage.
Why is there a monthly fee for the AI model?
AI models such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini are billed by the amount of text or audio processed. The amount depends on the number of requests, so we estimate it before the contract and set a monthly cap. If your data must not go to an external provider, a private model can run on your server or an EU server.
Are the prices final?
Yes. Prices are final – no VAT is charged (we are not VAT-registered). The table shows starting prices; the final amount and timeline go into the contract before work starts. We begin once we receive the 50% deposit, and you pay the balance after launch.
Do you have experience with these solutions?
Yes. We have hands-on experience with AI chatbots, smart search on a vector database, speech and invoice recognition, automated reports, video creation and a voice agent that calls and talks to customers. We do not name clients – our confidentiality agreements do not allow it.
