Online booking and registration system development
We build an online booking and registration system for your existing website or together with a new one: customers choose a service, specialist or rental item and a free slot, receive a confirmation, and you see every booking in one place. We can add deposits, calendar sync, a CRM link and an AI chatbot that answers questions and leads people to booking. A booking system for an existing website costs from €599; a website with a booking system costs from €990.

A good fit if
Customers book by phone or messages, and your receptionist spends part of the day arranging times.
Your clinic has several doctors, and patients want to choose a specific specialist and a free slot.
Your beauty salon offers treatments of different lengths, and each specialist has their own schedule.
At your garage, booking depends on the job and the car: tyre changes suit free slots, while repairs need an enquiry with make and model.
You run courses or events with limited places, or hire out equipment, campervans or venues, and want customers to see available dates themselves.
You use a booking platform but want customers to book on your own website and keep their data with you.
Not the best fit if
You receive only a few bookings a week. A simple enquiry form on the website is enough.
You already use a booking platform that suits you. We simply link it to your website – a booking button or widget – without building a separate system.
You need to manage patient health records and treatment history. Specialised healthcare systems do this; a booking form can connect to them if they offer an API.
Your booking rules are not settled yet. Start by describing your services, their duration and cancellation terms.
We built course registration for the gerimokymai.lt training website and built booking features for the rental websites su-kemperiu.lt and rentmotoadventure.com. We also have hands-on experience with AI chatbots; we do not name clients of AI projects.
Included
What you get
Availability calendar
Customers choose a service, specialist or item and see only free times or dates. Service duration and breaks between appointments are calculated automatically.
Services, specialists and resources
Each service has a duration and price, specialists have working schedules, and rental items have quantities and a minimum hire period.
Confirmations and reminders
Customers receive an email confirmation and a reminder before the visit. SMS reminders can be added separately; SMS messages are charged at the provider’s rates.
Prepayment
Take a deposit or the full amount: we connect Paysera, Montonio or Stripe, and paid bookings are confirmed automatically.
Booking management
See all bookings as a list and on a calendar, move or cancel them, block time for holidays and export the list to Excel or your CRM.
Cancellation rules and personal data
We set how late a customer can cancel or reschedule. Only the necessary data is collected, and bookings are visible only to the staff you choose.
Price
How much does a booking system cost?
A booking system for an existing website costs from €599, and a website with a booking or registration system costs from €990. The final price depends on rules and integrations: how many services and specialists, and whether you need deposits, calendar sync or a CRM link.
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is charged (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project: we put it and the timeline in the contract before work starts.
What the price depends on
How many services, specialists, rooms or rental items need managing.
Whether a proven extension fits or the rules require custom programming.
Whether prepayment is needed and what cancellation rules apply.
Whether bookings must reach Google Calendar, a CRM or another system.
Whether you need SMS reminders, gift vouchers or several languages.
Additional costs
Payment integration – from €150; payment provider fees at their rates.
SMS messages – at the SMS provider’s rates.
Maintenance – from €29/month, if you want us to keep the system and extensions up to date.

Examples
For clinics, beauty salons and garages
These examples show how booking works in different sectors. They are not specific client cases.
Clinic: booking a specific doctor
Situation
For example, a dental clinic has several doctors, and patients phone to ask about free slots and prices.
Solution
Patients choose a service, doctor and free slot on the website. If the clinic already uses a patient registration system, we link the form to it via an API, and an AI chatbot answers general questions about services and preparing for a visit – it does not give health advice.
Outcome
Fewer calls about appointment times and a clear view of each doctor’s schedule.
Beauty salon: treatments, specialists and vouchers
Situation
For example, treatments at a salon last from 30 minutes to several hours, and specialists work on different days.
Solution
A booking module based on treatment length and each specialist’s schedule, with an email reminder before the visit. Gift voucher sales can be added with a proven extension or our own solution.
Outcome
A full calendar without back-and-forth messages and fewer no-shows.
Garage: booking tyre changes and repairs
Situation
For example, in peak season a garage receives dozens of calls about tyre changes, while repair enquiries need vehicle details.
Solution
Tyre changes are booked into free slots with an email reminder the day before; repairs go through an enquiry form with make, model and fault description that lands in the CRM.
Outcome
Seasonal bookings without phone calls and repair enquiries with all the details needed.
Courses and hire: limited places and dates
Situation
For example, a training centre or hire company tracks places and free dates in a spreadsheet, while customers ask by email.
Solution
Registration that checks available places or dates, takes a deposit through a payment provider and confirms automatically.
Outcome
Up-to-date availability on the website and paid bookings without manual work.
With AI
What AI can add
AI helps customers book faster and saves you time spent arranging appointments.
AI sorts repair or consultation enquiries by type and urgency, and a member of staff decides.
from €990
Describe how customers should book – we’ll assess it for free
List your services or rental items and your current website address. Within 1 working day we will tell you which solution we suggest, what it would cost and how long it would take.
Can a booking system be added to an existing website?
Usually, yes. If the website runs on an up-to-date WordPress or Joomla, we add booking through an extension or a custom module matched to its look. A booking system for an existing website costs from €599.
Our clinic already uses a patient registration system. Can it be linked to the website?
Yes, if the system has an API or a booking widget. Patients then book on your website and the data goes into your system. We do not handle patient health records on the website.
Our salon uses a booking platform. Do we need a new system?
Not necessarily. If the platform suits you, we link it to your website. A separate system makes sense when you want to keep customer data yourself, avoid per-booking fees or set your own rules.
Can we take a deposit for a booking?
Yes. We connect Paysera, Montonio or Stripe, so customers can pay a deposit or the full amount by bank link or card. The booking is confirmed once payment is received. Payment integration costs from €150.
Will bookings appear in our Google Calendar?
We can set this up: sync bookings with Google Calendar for each specialist separately, or send a calendar event by email. Sync is priced separately, as it depends on the chosen solution.
Will customers know they are talking to AI?
Yes. If an AI chatbot helps with booking, the chat window states that the customer is talking to AI, and they can always reach a member of staff. The bot answers general questions and leads to booking, but makes no decisions about customers.
