Custom Laravel e-commerce platform for your sales process

We program online stores whose catalogue, pricing, order flow and admin area follow your sales process rather than the limits of an off-the-shelf platform. The base is our own Laravel content management system: we extend it with your logic and connect it to your accounting software, warehouse, CRM, payments and shipping. Price: from €2,900; timeline: usually 3–6 weeks.

A good fit if

  • You sell to businesses: each customer has their own prices, discounts or payment terms, and several employees of the same company place orders.
  • Your product is configurable: the price depends on size, material and options, and buyers want to see it straight away (furniture, windows, print).
  • You rent out equipment, vehicles or premises: customers need to see availability, pick dates and pay a deposit online.
  • An order has to reach several systems: accounting software, a warehouse system, a CRM or a production plan.
  • You sell subscriptions, recurring orders or service bundles that a standard basket does not handle the way you need.
  • Your WooCommerce store has grown dozens of plugins that clash after every update, and the features you need are still missing.

Not the best fit if

  • You sell in a standard way: catalogue, basket, payment, parcel locker. WooCommerce (from €999) will then be cheaper and quicker to launch.
  • You want to pick from thousands of ready-made plugins and themes yourself. In a custom store every new feature is programmed: it fits you exactly, but it is not a one-click install.
  • The price of a custom store (from €2,900) is too high for you right now and the non-standard logic can wait. Then start with WooCommerce and build your own platform once the process has settled.
  • You only need an internal order or stock system for staff, with no public store. A CRM or inventory management software is a better fit.

Included

What you get

Specification and prototype

We describe the product structure, pricing rules, order statuses and integrations, and agree a prototype of the main screens. The specification becomes an annex to the contract, so it is clear what the price covers.

A catalogue built around your range

Product attributes, variants, bundles or configurable products – the structure your products need, with search and filters.

Your pricing logic

Prices for customer groups or individual customers, volume discounts, prices by rental period or product parameters – calculated automatically in the basket.

Payments and shipping

Paysera, Montonio, Stripe or pro forma invoice; Omniva, DPD, LP Express or Venipak parcel lockers – connected through the carriers’ APIs.

An admin area that fits your work

Order statuses, roles and permissions (sales, warehouse, accounts), order notes, export to Excel and PDF.

Integrations with your systems

Accounting software, warehouse system, CRM or supplier XML – data moves via API or import, with no retyping.

Product data for search

Clean URLs, Product structured data and a sitemap, so that Google and AI search understand your products. If needed, we add AI search to the catalogue that understands the shopper’s question.

Testing, training and warranty

Test orders for every scenario, training for users in each role and a 12-month warranty: during that time we fix system bugs free of charge.

Price

How much does a custom Laravel online store cost?

A custom online store on Laravel costs from €2,900. The price depends on how much non-standard logic and how many integrations you need: we set the exact amount from the specification and write it into the contract. If a standard basket is enough for your sales, WooCommerce costs from €999.

Prices include all taxes – no VAT is charged (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project: we write it and the timeline into the contract before work starts.

What the price depends on

  • How many non-standard scenarios are needed: rentals, bookings, a configurator, subscriptions, B2B orders.
  • Pricing complexity: customer group prices, contract prices, volume discounts, several currencies.
  • The number of integrations and whether the systems have an API: accounting, warehouse, CRM, supplier XML.
  • Admin roles, order statuses and reports.
  • Migrating product and customer data from your current store or Excel.
  • Languages – each extra language adds 15% to the project price if you supply the translations, or about 20% if we translate (we translate with AI and edit so that the text reads naturally).

Additional costs

  • A custom Laravel store runs on a separate server sized to the store, or on your own server.
  • Dedicated server (hosting and maintenance: updates, backups, payment and shipping checks) – from €29/month.
  • Payment provider fees follow the providers’ rates; there are no licence fees for the store system.
  • New modules after launch – €30/hour or under a separate quote agreed in writing.

Timeline

How long does it take to program a custom store?

Usually 3–6 weeks once content and access are provided: we set the exact timeline from the specification and write it into the contract. A larger project can launch in stages – catalogue, basket and payments first, then integrations and extra modules.

Process

How we work

  1. Free consultation1–2 working days

We discuss what is non-standard about your sales and which systems you already use. If WooCommerce is enough, we will tell you straight away.

  2. Specification and contract2–5 working days

We describe the scenarios, pricing, roles and integrations and prepare a prototype. Price, timeline and code handover terms go into the contract; work starts after a 50% deposit.

  3. Storefront2–5 working days

We agree the category, product, basket and customer account pages for mobile and desktop, using your brand colours and logo.

  4. Programming1–3 weeks

We extend our CMS with your logic: catalogue, pricing, order flow and admin area. You try interim versions in a test environment.

  5. Integrations and data migration2–5 working days

We connect payments, shipping and accounting software, import products and customers, and reconcile the counts with the source.

  6. Testing and launch1–3 working days

We place test orders for every scenario, show users in each role how to work with the system and launch the store on your domain.

  7. Warranty and maintenance12 months

For 12 months we fix bugs free of charge. With a maintenance plan, we take care of updates and backups.

Examples

Typical scenarios

These examples illustrate how it works. They are not specific client cases.

Furniture configurator

Situation
For example, a furniture maker sells made-to-measure wardrobes: the price depends on width, height, material and fittings, and a sales manager currently works it out in Excel and emails it.
Solution
A store with a configurator: the buyer picks the parameters, the price updates instantly, and the order with all dimensions lands in the admin area and the production list.
Outcome
An instant price for the buyer, fewer errors from retyping dimensions and orders outside working hours.

B2B orders for a wholesaler

Situation
For example, a food wholesaler takes orders by phone and email: each customer has contract prices and payment terms, and sales managers retype orders into the accounting software.
Solution
A store with customer accounts: customers see their own prices and stock, order without paying by card, and the order goes to the accounting software via API.
Outcome
Fewer calls and less retyping, orders without pricing errors and the full order history in the customer account.

Coffee subscription

Situation
For example, a coffee roaster wants to sell a subscription: the buyer chooses the coffee and delivery frequency, and payment and dispatch must repeat automatically.
Solution
A store with a subscription module: recurring card payments, the option to pause the subscription or switch coffee in the account, and a weekly dispatch list for the warehouse.
Outcome
Predictable revenue and repeat orders without manual work.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When is a custom store a better choice than WooCommerce?

WooCommerce (from €999) works well for standard sales, even with a large range, XML import and an accounting integration: the purchase flow stays standard. A custom store (from €2,900) is needed when the flow itself changes: rentals, a configurator, subscriptions, B2B contract prices or orders that must be coordinated across several systems.

Is the store programmed from scratch?

No. The base is our own content management system built on the Laravel (PHP) framework: management of pages, products, orders, users and permissions already works. We extend it with your logic, so you mainly pay for what is non-standard about your sales, and the system is updated as a whole.

Will we get the store’s source code?

We agree the code handover terms and write them into the contract before work starts. The store runs on our CMS, so this is decided project by project. Your data – products, customers and orders – belongs to you in any case: on request we export it to CSV, Excel or SQL.

Where will the store be hosted?

A custom Laravel store does not run on shared hosting but on a separate server (VPS) in the EU or on your company’s server. A separate server (hosting and maintenance) costs from €29/month; the final price depends on the server size, which we choose based on the store’s scale and load.

Can we add new features later?

Yes. The system is modular, so you can later add a new payment method, language, customer account features, an integration or AI search. We estimate each feature separately: work is billed at €30/hour or under a separate quote agreed in writing.

Can you move our existing WooCommerce store?

Yes. We migrate products, categories, customers and orders together with images, and redirect old product URLs (301) to the new ones so that shoppers do not land on an error page. We estimate the scope and price of the migration together with the specification.

Will a custom store be harder to maintain?

Not harder, just different. There are no dozens of plugins whose updates clash, but new features are programmed by a developer who knows the system. Laravel is a widely used open-source framework with public documentation, so the system does not depend on a rare or closed technology.
