We program the website features a ready-made theme cannot offer: online booking, catalogues, member areas, price calculators, links to your CRM, accounting software, payments and shipping, as well as an AI chatbot or AI search. We start with features, data and integrations rather than design. We work with WordPress, Joomla and Laravel and have been programming since 1998. Small jobs cost €30/hour; a booking system for an existing website costs from €599.

A good fit if
Your website already works, but you need a feature no theme or plugin provides: booking, a price calculator, a member area or document uploads.
Staff copy enquiries, orders or bookings from the website into a CRM, Excel or accounting software by hand.
Prices, stock levels or product lists should update on the website automatically from your own system.
You are planning a new project where logic and data matter most: a catalogue, a portal, client accounts or a booking system.
You want to add AI: a chatbot that answers using your prices and rules, or a search that understands the question, not just the keywords.
Not the best fit if
You only need a simple brochure page with no features or integrations. A ready-made theme or a site builder usually does the job without a programmer.
Your main goal is a new design or brand identity. Our focus is features, data and links to other software.
You need an internal system for staff rather than a public website feature. A CRM or accounting tool built around your processes is the better fit.
The system your website should exchange data with offers neither an API nor import or export.
We have hands-on experience adding AI chatbots, smart search over a vector database and data sync with Google Sheets or Excel to live websites. We do not publish client names because of confidentiality agreements.

What you get
Feature and data specification
Before programming we describe what the feature does, where its data comes from, where it goes and what is not in the first version. We price and test against this specification.
Programming on your platform
A WordPress plugin, a Joomla component or a Laravel module – we choose based on the system you already have and how you want to manage content.
Integrations with your software
Forms, orders and bookings flow into your CRM or accounting software, while prices and stock come back to the website – via an API or import and export files.
AI features where useful
A chatbot using your prices and rules, search by meaning, enquiry sorting. A member of staff approves important actions.
Test environment
We launch the feature on a copy first, not on your live website, and test it on mobile and desktop with real data and error cases.
Code, access and 12-month warranty
We hand over the source code, access details and a short guide. Programming errors are fixed free of charge for 12 months.
Price
How much does web programming cost?
The cost of web programming depends on features and integrations, so we price by module rather than by number of pages. Small changes cost €30/hour, a booking system for an existing website from €599, a website with a booking system from €990, a product catalogue without a basket from €799, AI integration from €990 and a chatbot from €490. For larger features we quote a fixed price after a free assessment.
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is charged (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project: we put it and the timeline in the contract before work starts.
What the price depends on
Which platform you already have and the state of its code: WordPress, Joomla, Laravel or another.
How many features and rules are needed: roles, statuses, calculations, notifications.
How many systems the website exchanges data with and whether they have an API.
Whether existing data needs migrating: clients, products, bookings.
Whether AI features are needed and how large the knowledge base is.
How many languages the website needs.
Additional costs
Hosting – from €60/year; Laravel systems, AI bots and vector databases need a separate server, from €29/month.
Maintenance after launch – from €29/month, if you would rather not handle updates and backups yourself.
AI model usage (API) – billed on actual usage, within a monthly limit agreed with you.
Timeline
How long does web programming take?
The timeline depends on the scope of features and integrations; we state it in our quote and put it in the contract. For example, a product catalogue without a basket takes 1–2 weeks, and an AI agent with integrations takes 1–3 weeks.

How we work
Free assessment1–2 working days
We discuss what the website should do and review your current platform, then tell you whether a ready-made plugin will do or programming is needed.
Specification and price1–3 working days
We describe the features, data flows and exclusions. Price and timeline go into the contract; work starts once the 50% deposit is paid.
Programming in a test environmentdepends on scope
We work on a copy of the website so your live site is not affected. You can review and try the interim version.
Integrations and testingdepends on scope
We connect your CRM, accounting, payments or AI model and test with real data, including error cases.
Launch1–2 working days
We move the feature to your live website, show you how to use it and hand over the code and access details.
Warranty and maintenance12 months
Programming errors are fixed free of charge for 12 months. Maintenance is available from €29/month.

Examples
Typical scenarios
These examples show how this works in practice. They are not specific client cases.
Website enquiries straight into the CRM
Situation
For example, a service company receives enquiries through several website forms, and a manager copies them into the CRM and assigns them by hand.
Solution
The forms send data straight to the CRM, and AI suggests a category and owner based on the enquiry text. A member of staff confirms with one click.
Outcome
All enquiries in one place, less copying and clear ownership.
Catalogue with prices from accounting
Situation
For example, a wholesaler publishes a product catalogue online but updates prices and stock by hand once a week.
Solution
We build a catalogue without a basket that takes prices and stock from the accounting software export or API, with an enquiry form on every product.
Outcome
Up-to-date prices without manual work and enquiries that include the exact product code.
Search by meaning on an older website
Situation
For example, a website has hundreds of articles and service pages, but visitors cannot find answers because they phrase questions differently.
Solution
We load the website content into a vector database and add AI search that gives a short answer with links to the sources.
Outcome
A search that understands the question and fewer repeat phone calls.
With AI
What AI can add
AI features can be added to a new or existing website – usually without rebuilding it.
When website data needs to go further: into your CRM, accounting, reports or Google Sheets.
Describe the feature – we’ll assess it for free
Tell us what the website should do and which software it should connect to. Within 1 working day we will reply with how to build it, what it would cost and how long it would take.
How is web programming different from simply building a website?
We start with what the website has to do: which features it performs, what data it collects and which software it talks to. The look usually stays as it is or uses a proven theme, while most of the work goes into logic, integrations and testing.
Which technologies do you use?
WordPress and Joomla for content-managed websites (we have worked with Joomla for 18 years), and Laravel (PHP) for custom systems, portals and platforms. We choose based on features and how you want to manage content; if you already have a website, we usually build within it.
Can you work on a website someone else built?
Yes. We first review the platform, plugins and code free of charge, then tell you whether the feature should be built into the current website or whether its technical side needs updating first. We work on a copy so your live website is not affected.
Will we own the code?
Yes. Once paid in full, we hand over the source code, database and access details. The system can run on our server, a separate VPS or your own server, and any developer can continue working on it. Paid plugin licences are subject to their vendors’ terms.
Can AI be added to the website?
Yes: a chatbot (from €490), search by meaning, enquiry sorting or draft texts (AI integration – from €990). Visitors are told they are talking to AI, and decisions about people are made by staff.
How much does maintenance cost after programming?
Maintenance costs from €29/month and covers platform and plugin updates, backups and monitoring. Programming errors are fixed free of charge for 12 months after launch, with or without a maintenance contract.
