Websites, business software and AI – all in one studio
Saitai.lt builds what small and medium-sized businesses need: websites and online stores, logos and brand identity, CRM and accounting software, integrations between online stores and accounting software, and AI solutions. We also take care of SEO, online advertising, website maintenance and support, as well as hosting.
You may know us from site.lt – our studio's previous website. Saitai.lt is the same studio with the same phone number, just a new website and a wider range of services: as well as websites, we now build business software, integrations and AI solutions.
Our story
From our first websites in 1998 to today
- 1998 – the beginning
We started developing websites, creating web and graphic design and logos, and editing photos and videos.
- 2006 – our first company
We registered the business as a company. Its legal form later changed – it was a private limited company (UAB) and, for a time, self-employment – but the work stayed the same: websites, design and custom development for clients.
- 2023 – Web studija, MB
We set up Web studija, MB. This small partnership continues the same work we have been doing since 1998: it now signs contracts with clients and issues the invoices.
- Today – Saitai.lt
As well as websites and online stores, we build CRM and accounting software and mobile apps, connect online stores to accounting software, and deploy AI agents and chatbots.
Our team
Who works on your project?
Saitai.lt is a team of partner specialists. For each project, we bring together the people the job needs, while Web studija, MB organises the work and is responsible for the result. For you, that means one contract, invoices from one company and one person to contact about everything.
Project manager
One person from the first conversation to launch: agrees the brief, price and timeline with you, assigns tasks to specialists and keeps you updated. You don't have to explain the same thing to several contractors.
Designers
Design websites and apps, logos and brand identity. They show you the key pages and agree them with you before development starts.
Copywriters
Write service page copy and SEO articles in English, Lithuanian, Russian and other languages, built around the keywords your customers use to find services on Google.
Developers
Work with WordPress, Joomla and Laravel: build websites, online store modules, CRM and accounting software, and API integrations.
SEO and advertising specialists
Look after your website's visibility on Google and in AI search, and create and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ad campaigns.
AI specialist
Deploys AI agents and chatbots, adapts models to your company's data and builds agent skills.

Principles
The principles we follow
These rules apply to every project – from a logo to a CRM system.
We tell you the real price
We publish starting prices on our website. The exact price and timeline go into the contract, and we only do extra work once it has been agreed in writing.
No VAT added
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is added (we are not VAT-registered). The amount you see in the quote is the amount you pay.
We hand over the code and access
When a CRM project is finished, we hand over the system's source code to you. Once your website is live, we hand over the admin access and show you how to manage it.
We don't promise what can't be guaranteed
We don't guarantee top positions on Google – nobody can. We only promise what we control ourselves: the agreed list of work, the timeline and a 12-month warranty.
We tell you if you don't need an expensive solution
If a simpler or cheaper tool is enough for your task, we tell you in the first conversation – even if it means a smaller order for us.
A server to match the system's scale
We choose where to host your CRM, AI solution or integration together with you, based on the system's scale: a virtual private server (VPS) selected for your project (from €29/month) or your company's own server.

We mostly work with small and medium-sized businesses: medical and beauty services, automotive, construction and manufacturing, logistics, legal and finance companies, as well as educational institutions and organisations.
We have built business websites, online stores, product catalogues, classifieds portals, booking solutions, logos and brand identity projects. Most of our clients are in Lithuania, and we have also worked with companies in Norway, Spain and Ireland. Briefs can be discussed and agreed remotely, so distance is no obstacle.
