Rivilė integration with your online store
Rivilė integration with an online store means automatic data exchange between Rivilė, a Lithuanian accounting and ERP system, and your store: products, prices and stock levels are updated in the store, while orders and invoices go into Rivilė. Saitai.lt connects Rivilė with WooCommerce, VirtueMart and custom online stores. A ready-made module or configuration costs from €490; a custom integration is quoted after assessment.

Who it’s for
- Product records, prices and stock levels are managed in Rivilė, and your sales manager corrects them in the online store by hand.
- Every day, your accountant re-keys online store orders into Rivilė – with the customer, product codes and a delivery line.
- You sell from several warehouses, and the online store should only show stock that can actually be shipped.
- Business customers have individual prices or discounts set in Rivilė, yet everyone sees the same price in the online store.
- You are building a new online store and want the product catalogue to come from Rivilė from day one.
When it’s not the right fit
- You get only a few orders a week. In that case, the integration takes a long time to pay for itself, and a periodic sales import from a file is often enough.
- Your Rivilė version or licence allows data exchange neither via API nor via files. Then you first need to talk to your Rivilė provider or partner about the module required.
- Product codes in Rivilė and in the online store don't match, and you have no plans to make them consistent. Without matching codes, products can't be linked reliably, so the codes need sorting out before the integration.
Included
What you get
Version and access check
We check which Rivilė version you use, which data exchange methods it supports, and what you will need from your Rivilė provider: an API key, a module licence or a test company.
Product records and prices from Rivilė
New products, their names, prices and VAT rates are transferred from Rivilė to the online store, while you manage descriptions and photos in the store.
Stock levels by warehouse
The stock level shown in the store is calculated from the Rivilė warehouses you choose and updated on a schedule.
Orders as sales documents
A paid or fulfilled order becomes a sales document in Rivilė, with the customer code, product codes, warehouse, VAT classifier and a delivery line.
Business customers and B2B prices
A business customer is matched to their Rivilė record by company code, so records aren't duplicated, and a logged-in customer sees the prices set for them.
Returns and cancelled orders
With your accountant, we agree how an online store return or cancelled order is reflected in Rivilė: as a credit note, by cancelling the document or by returning the product to stock.
Log, notifications and a 12-month warranty
Every transfer is logged, and if one fails, you get a notification with the reason. For 12 months, we fix integration bugs free of charge.
Price
How much does a Rivilė online store integration cost?
Price from
€490
Integrating Rivilė with an online store costs from €490 when a ready-made module or provider connector exists for your Rivilė version and store platform, and it only needs installing and configuring. For a custom API integration – for example, when you need several warehouses or B2B prices – we give the price in our quote once we have checked your Rivilė version.
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is added (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project: we put it and the timeline in the contract before work starts.
What the price depends on
- Which Rivilė version you use and which data exchange methods it supports.
- Whether a ready-made module exists for your online store platform, or the integration needs to be built.
- Which data needs to travel: only orders into Rivilė, or products, prices and stock levels into the online store as well.
- How many warehouses, price groups and product variants need mapping.
- How returns, pro forma invoices and part payments are handled.
- Whether product codes in Rivilė and the online store need making consistent before the integration.
Additional costs
- A fee for the Rivilė API, module or extra licence, if your Rivilė provider or partner charges one – paid directly to them.
- If Rivilė is installed on an office computer or server, you may need the provider's connector or an intermediary program, and the computer has to be switched on while syncing.
- Integration maintenance after the warranty, and new data flows – under a separate agreement, confirmed in writing.
Timeline
How long does a Rivilė integration take?
An integration with a ready-made module takes 1–2 weeks, and a custom API integration 2–4 weeks from receiving the deposit and access to Rivilė. Most of the time usually goes on mapping product and customer codes, warehouses and VAT classifiers together with your accountant.
| Scope | Example | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Orders into Rivilė | paid orders become sales documents in Rivilė | 1–2 weeks |
| Two-way exchange | plus products, prices and stock levels from Rivilė to the online store | 2–3 weeks |
| Custom integration | several warehouses, B2B prices, returns, several online stores | 3–4 weeks |

Examples
Typical scenarios
Car parts online store with several warehouses
- Situation
- For example, a car parts retailer keeps stock in two warehouses and a shop, and manages stock levels in Rivilė. The online store shows the combined stock level, so sometimes a part is sold that isn't in the right warehouse.
- Solution
- The online store shows only the stock in the warehouses that orders are shipped from, updated every hour. A paid order becomes a sales document in Rivilė with the warehouse specified.
- Result
- Accurate stock levels for customers and orders in the accounting software without re-keying.
Office supplies for businesses
- Situation
- For example, an office supplies company gives business customers different discounts under their contracts, but these are stored only in Rivilė. In the online store, customers see the standard price and only find out their discount when the invoice arrives.
- Solution
- Customer price groups and discounts are transferred from Rivilė to the online store, so a logged-in customer sees their own price. Each order in Rivilė is linked to the existing customer record by company code.
- Result
- A single source of prices, fewer questions about invoices and customer records without duplicates.
New cosmetics online store
- Situation
- For example, a cosmetics retailer is building a new WooCommerce store. Product descriptions are written by the marketing specialist, while prices and stock levels have to come from Rivilė.
- Solution
- Products from Rivilė are created in the store as drafts with their price and stock level, and the marketing specialist adds descriptions and photos. After that, the integration updates only prices and stock levels and leaves the descriptions untouched.
- Result
- A catalogue filled faster and a clear division of work: prices in the accounting software, content in the store.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Both, as long as your version and licence allow data exchange via API or files. Rivilė GAMA and Rivilė ERP differ in their data exchange options, which also depend on the modules you have ordered. So before signing the contract, we check your version and, if needed, work out with your Rivilė provider what access will be required.
