Modules and integrations
How much do online store modules and integrations cost?
We add integrations to a live store or build them together with a new one. These are starting prices: the final figure depends on the system's API, the amount of data and how orders, stock levels and invoices need to flow.
| Module or integration | Price | What's included / note |
|---|---|---|
| Payment gateway integration | from €150 | Paysera, Montonio, Stripe, PayPal in a new or live store |
| Courier integration | from €150 | Omniva, DPD, LP Express, Venipak: parcel lockers, shipping labels printed from the admin panel |
| Accounting software integration | from €490 | orders, invoices and stock levels flow between your store and Rivilė, B1.lt, Centas or other software |
| Product import and synchronisation | after assessment | products, prices and stock from supplier XML, CSV or API; the price depends on the sources and data volume |
| Marketplace connection | after assessment | product and order exchange with marketplaces via XML or API |
| Chatbot in your store | from €490 + support from €29/month | answers about products, delivery and returns based on your data, handover to a person |
| AI search in your store | from €790 + server from €29/month | product search by meaning, not just exact words |
| Store search visibility check | from €99 | review of categories, product pages, filters and duplicates with a to-do list |
| Product catalogue without a cart | from €799 | when products are sold on enquiry; a cart and payments can be added later |
| One-off programming tasks | €30/hour | new fields, filters, customer emails or other changes – once the scope is agreed in writing |
A new store
How much does a new online store cost?
A WooCommerce store costs from €999. The final price depends on the number of products and how they are added, payment and delivery options, accounting integration and languages – we price each module separately and list it in the quote.
A custom online store built with Laravel costs from €2,900. It suits businesses that would otherwise have to bend to a standard platform: rentals or bookings, a product configurator, complex B2B pricing or connections to several of your systems. The timeline is usually 3–6 weeks, there are no licence fees, and the terms for handing over the code are set out in the contract.
If you don't need online checkout and customers order on enquiry, a product catalogue without a cart is enough – from €799.
What affects the price
What does the cost of online store programming depend on?
- The system's API. If the payment gateway, courier or accounting software has a documented API or a ready-made module, integration is simpler; if data has to be exchanged as files, there is more work.
- Direction of data. Whether orders only go to your accounting software, or stock levels, prices and invoice statuses also come back.
- Number of products and sources. Products can be entered manually, imported from Excel or CSV, or continuously synchronised with supplier XML or API – each method is priced separately.
- Payment and delivery options. Each additional payment gateway or courier is a separate integration.
- Languages and B2B features. Each additional language adds 15% to the project price if you supply the translations, or about 20% if we translate; customer-group pricing and multiple warehouses are priced separately.
- Non-standard logic. Rentals, bookings, subscriptions or a product configurator usually mean a custom Laravel store, from €2,900.

Comparison
Hosted platform, WooCommerce or Laravel: how do the costs differ?
A hosted platform is cheapest to start with, but you pay a subscription and integrations are limited to what the platform allows. A WooCommerce store costs from €999, a custom Laravel store from €2,900.
| Criterion | Hosted platform | WooCommerce | Custom (Laravel) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upfront price | no upfront fee, but your time for set-up | from €999 | from €2,900 |
| Ongoing costs | monthly subscription, often plus paid apps | hosting from €80/year | VPS from €29/month, no licence fees |
| Integrations with Lithuanian systems | only if the platform has a suitable app | ready-made modules or we build them | we build them on your systems' APIs |
| Data and code | on the platform's servers, hard to move | open-source system, the data and files are yours | the data is yours; code handover under the contract |
| Best for | those who want to set everything up themselves | most stores with a standard checkout process | rentals, bookings, B2B and non-standard processes |

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does a payment or courier integration cost?
A payment gateway integration costs from €150, a courier integration from €150. The price depends on your store platform and whether a ready-made module exists for the system. Transaction and shipping fees are paid directly to the providers under your own contracts.
How much does it cost to connect an online store to accounting software?
From €490. Orders and invoices go to Rivilė, B1.lt, Centas or other software automatically, and stock levels and prices can come back. The final price depends on the software's API and which data needs to flow in each direction. If the accounting software vendor charges for its API or module, that fee is paid directly to the vendor.
How much does supplier product import cost?
We set the price after looking at the sources: how many suppliers, which file format (XML, CSV, API), how often stock and prices are updated, and whether products need assigning to categories. Send us sample files and within 1 working day we'll tell you, free of charge, what it would cost and how long it would take.
Can you add an integration to a store that is already live?
Yes, that's our most common job. We connect integrations to live WooCommerce, VirtueMart and other stores wherever the platform allows. Before starting, we check the store's version and modules so the integration runs reliably.

Is a hosted e-commerce platform cheaper?
At first, yes: on a hosted platform you can set up a store yourself with no one-off fee. But you pay a monthly subscription, often plus extra apps, and integrations with Lithuanian accounting software are limited to what the platform allows. A WooCommerce store only needs hosting (from €80/year) and a domain, and the data and files belong to you.
