Consumer rights
If you are a consumer (a private individual ordering a service for non-business purposes) and you signed the contract with us at a distance – by email, by phone or online – you may cancel it within 14 days of signing without giving a reason. Just let us know at info@saitai.lt.
If, at your express request, we started work within those 14 days and you then cancel, you pay a proportionate amount for the services provided up to the cancellation. Once the service has been provided in full, and you confirmed before we started that you would then lose the right to cancel, this right no longer applies (Articles 6.228¹⁰ and 6.228¹¹ of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).
We always try to resolve disagreements directly first: write to info@saitai.lt and we will reply within 14 days at the latest. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (VVTAT, A. Goštauto g. 12, 01108 Vilnius, vvtat.lrv.lt): submit a complaint through the Consumer Rights Information System at www.vtis.lt, by email to tarnyba@vvtat.lt or by post.

Your project manager reads your message and replies in writing or gives you a call. If we have enough information, we give you a starting price straight away.
- We discuss the brief
By phone, online or in person in Vilnius, we clarify the goals, scope, timeline and budget. This conversation is free and there is no obligation.
- You get a proposal
The proposal lists the work, the price, the timeline and what is not included. If you are happy with it, the price and timeline go into the contract.

No. Meetings are by appointment only – arrange a time by phone on +370 670 99265, and we will confirm the meeting place during the call. Many questions can be handled remotely too: by phone, email or WhatsApp and Viber messages.
