Speech to text: Lithuanian call and meeting transcription

We connect AI speech recognition to the tools you already use: calls, meetings and videos become text in Lithuanian, English or Russian, AI prepares a summary and task list, and the result goes into your CRM, email or document system. We also create video subtitles and voice input for forms. Setup costs from €390, the speech recognition service (API) is billed by recording length, and one-off files are quoted after assessment.

A good fit if

  • After every call, your sales team types notes into the CRM by hand – and some agreements never get written down.
  • Someone spends half a day writing up meeting minutes, when what matters is who does what and by when.
  • Your website or social media videos need Lithuanian subtitles.
  • You have lots of interview, lecture or consultation recordings, but nothing in them can be found until they are turned into text.
  • Customers or staff would rather fill in forms by voice – for example, a technician on site with their hands full.

Not the best fit if

  • You need a verbatim, fully checked transcript for a court or notary without human review. AI produces a draft, but a person must check the final text.
  • The recordings are very poor: background noise, people talking over each other, a distant microphone. Recognition will be inaccurate – a test with your recordings shows this straight away.
  • You want to score or penalise staff automatically based on call recordings. Decisions about people must be made by a person – AI can only prepare the material.
  • Calls are recorded without telling the people involved. You first need to inform customers and staff properly – GDPR requires it.

We have hands-on experience with speech and voice recognition, and with an AI voice agent that calls customers and talks to them. We do not name our clients – our confidentiality agreements require it.

Included

What you get

Text with speakers and timestamps

The recording becomes text with speakers separated and timestamps added, so you can quickly find a moment and listen to it.

AI summary and tasks

AI writes a short summary of each conversation: what was discussed, what was agreed, and who does what by when. We agree the summary format with you.

Delivery to your CRM or email

The text and summary are saved to the customer record in your CRM, emailed or stored in your document system automatically – no copying.

Glossary of terms

Product names, surnames, abbreviations and industry terms go into a glossary so they are recognised and spelled consistently.

Video subtitles

We prepare SRT or VTT subtitle files for YouTube, your website player or a training platform.

Voice input in forms

In a form on your website or in an internal system, people can speak instead of typing: the text appears in the field and can be corrected before saving.

Data protection and access

Only the staff who need recordings and transcripts can see them. We agree the retention period with you so it matches your privacy policy.

Launch and a 12-month warranty

We show your team how to review and correct transcripts and extend the glossary. Programming bugs are fixed free of charge for 12 months.

Price

How much does speech to text cost?

Connecting speech recognition to one recording source and one system costs from €390: this covers transcription with speaker separation, an AI summary, a glossary of terms and delivery to your CRM or email. The speech recognition service (API) is billed separately by recording length. One-off files – meetings, interviews or videos – are quoted by volume.

Prices are final – no VAT is charged (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project: we fix it and the timeline in the contract before work starts. We do not promise accuracy percentages – accuracy depends on recording quality, so we test with your recordings first.

What the price depends on

  • Where the recordings come from: your phone system, Teams or Zoom meetings, videos, files.
  • Where the result needs to go: CRM, email, document system, website.
  • How many languages are spoken and whether they are mixed within a conversation.
  • What kind of summary you need: short, based on your template, with tasks or filled-in CRM fields.
  • Whether you need subtitles, voice input in forms or human review of the text.

Additional costs

  • Speech recognition service (API) – by actual recording length, within an agreed monthly cap.
  • An AI voice agent that answers or makes calls and talks to customers – assessed separately.
  • Monitoring and glossary updates – maintenance plans: €29/month, €59/month or €119/month.

Timeline

How long does speech-to-text setup take?

Transcription with summaries connected to one system goes live within 3–7 working days of receiving the deposit and access details. Subtitles or voice input in forms take 2–5 working days. If you start with a pilot, the first 1–2 weeks are spent checking quality on your real recordings.

Process

How we work

  1. Free assessment1–2 working days

We discuss what recordings you have, where they come from, which languages are spoken and where the text or summary should go.

  2. Test with your recordings1–2 working days

Using a few of your recordings, we show you what the text and summary look like. This shows straight away whether the audio quality is good enough.

  3. Pilot1–2 weeks

We recommend starting with an AI pilot: for 1–2 weeks, the solution runs on your real conversations, your team checks the results, and then we decide together whether to continue.

  4. Integration and glossary2–5 working days

We connect the recording source to speech recognition and your CRM or email, and set up the glossary and summary template.

  5. Launch and training1 working day

We show your team how to review and correct transcripts, find recordings and extend the glossary.

  6. Monitoring and warranty12 months

During the first month, we monitor quality and costs and extend the glossary. Programming bugs are fixed free of charge for 12 months.

Examples

Typical scenarios

These examples show how the solution works. They are not specific client cases – we do not name our clients.

Sales calls into the CRM

Situation
For example, a building materials supplier's sales team talks to dozens of customers a day and enters notes into the CRM in the evening – if they find the time.
Solution
Each call is transcribed, AI writes a summary with quantities, deadlines and the next step, and it is saved to the customer record in the CRM.
Outcome
Agreements in the CRM without manual typing, and the ability to quickly find what a customer said a month ago.

Management meeting minutes

Situation
For example, a company's managers hold a weekly meeting on Teams, and an administrator writes the minutes.
Solution
The meeting recording is transcribed and AI drafts the minutes with decisions and owners. The administrator checks and sends them.
Outcome
Minutes in a few minutes instead of a few hours, and a clear task list.

Subtitles for training videos

Situation
For example, a training centre publishes video lectures, but some learners cannot follow them without subtitles.
Solution
Lithuanian subtitles are generated for each lecture, and the lecturer reviews and corrects them before publishing.
Outcome
More accessible courses and lecture text that can be searched on the website.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How well does AI recognise Lithuanian speech?

Current models handle clearly recorded Lithuanian well, but they make mistakes with background noise, dialects, fast speech and rare terms. That is why we test the solution on a few of your recordings before quoting and add your terminology to a glossary. We do not promise accuracy percentages – we show you the result on your own recordings.

Can we record calls with customers?

Yes, as long as customers are told in advance – for example, at the start of the call – along with the purpose and retention period. GDPR requires this. We recommend updating your privacy policy and informing staff about recording. We can help draft the notice, but we do not provide legal advice.

What if our recordings are poor quality?

We test with your recordings first. A different microphone or phone system settings, noise reduction before recognition and a glossary often help. If the recordings are still poor, we tell you straight away and suggest human review.

Where are recordings and transcripts stored?

Recordings and transcripts are stored in your system or on our server in the European Union, and we agree the retention period with you. For recognition, audio is sent to the speech recognition provider via the API – we check their terms in every project, including whether data is used to train models.

What format are subtitles delivered in?

We deliver subtitles in SRT or VTT format, which work with YouTube, Vimeo and most website players and training platforms. You can also get the text as a DOCX or plain text file.

Can you build an AI that talks to customers on the phone?

Yes, we have experience with an AI voice agent that calls customers and talks to them: it answers simple questions, books or confirms appointments and passes complex cases to a member of staff. The agent introduces itself as AI. We quote the price and timeline separately.
