Question 1

How can we find out the exact price of our project?

Accepted Answer

Send us an enquiry – we quote the exact price free of charge. We reply within 1 working day, ask a few questions if needed, and send you a proposal listing the work, price, timeline and what the price doesn't include. You'll find our starting prices on the prices page, and the agreed price is written into the contract.

Question 2

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

A project is paid in two parts: a 50% advance when the contract is signed, and the balance once the website, store or system is launched. SEO, advertising management and maintenance are paid monthly; hosting and domains, yearly. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice; no VAT is added, as we are not VAT-registered.

Question 3

Are advertising budgets and other suppliers' fees included in your price?

Accepted Answer

No. You pay advertising budgets directly to Google or Meta, payment system transaction fees under your contract with that provider, and paid plugin licences at the developers' prices. AI model usage is billed separately according to the actual number of requests, within an agreed monthly limit. We list all such costs in our proposal.

Question 4

Can we do part of the work ourselves to lower the price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most often clients provide the texts, photos or product data themselves, and some enter the content or products themselves. What you will do yourselves is set out in the proposal and the contract – this is reflected in the price and shows what the timeline depends on. If you don't have texts, we write them – from €29 per page – and, if needed, translate them into Lithuanian, English, Russian, Norwegian and other languages: we translate with the help of AI and edit the text until it reads naturally.

How long do different projects take?

Accepted Answer

From a few days to a few months. A one-page website takes from 5 working days, a business website 10–25 working days, a larger Premium website from 30 working days, and an online store from 15 working days. Moving Excel spreadsheets into a CRM takes 2–4 weeks, a CRM for your business 4–8 weeks, a payment or shipping integration 2–7 working days, AI solutions 1–6 weeks, and mobile apps from 4 weeks.

Question 6

When does the project timeline start?

Accepted Answer

From when we receive the advance payment and the materials. Materials are the texts, photos, product data or access to existing systems without which the work can't be finished. The timeline is written into the contract; if materials or feedback arrive late, the timeline shifts accordingly.

Question 7

Can a large project be launched in stages?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it's often worth doing. For example, in a CRM system the customer and order section is launched first, with reports and integrations added later; an online store can launch with its main products, with supplier imports connected in a second stage. We quote each stage separately, so you see the price and timeline for each one.

How does the work go from enquiry to launch?

Accepted Answer

In five steps: enquiry and a free call, proposal and contract, design or prototype, development and testing, launch with training. We show you the main pages or system screens before development, and you try out an interim version in a test environment. A single manager coordinates the whole project.

Question 9

Can the whole project be done remotely?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We discuss the brief by phone or video call, you review the design and interim versions online, send materials by email, and training takes place remotely. That is how we work with clients all over Lithuania and abroad. We work in English by email, chat and messengers; calls by arrangement. We also speak Lithuanian and Russian. Meetings in Vilnius, at Alaušo g. 1C, are possible only by appointment, arranged in advance by phone on +370 670 99265.

Question 10

What will you need from us during the project?

Accepted Answer

One person in charge, the materials and timely feedback. The person in charge approves the design and decisions, provides the texts, photos or product data, and gives access to existing systems. It's best to send feedback on the design or an interim version within a few working days – whether the project finishes on time depends directly on this.

Question 11

Which content management system (CMS) should we choose for our website?

Accepted Answer

For most companies, WordPress: it's free, has an admin area in English or Lithuanian and thousands of plugins, and WooCommerce is used for online stores. Joomla less often – usually when the website has already been built with it. When non-standard logic is needed – bookings, portals or a connection to your systems – we develop with Laravel.

Will the website work on mobile phones?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all the websites and online stores we build adapt to phone, tablet and desktop screens. We test menus, forms, tables and buttons on screens of different widths and, before launch, in different browsers too. If you need an app that can be installed from Google Play or the App Store, we build it separately – from €2,900.

Question 13

Will we need a developer for every text or price change?

Accepted Answer

No. You change texts, photos, prices, news and products yourselves in the content management system; before launch, we show you how to do it and hand over short instructions. The exception is the Start one-page website package, which has no CMS. You only need a developer for new features or design changes – such work costs €30 per hour or is quoted separately.

Question 14

What if, after launch, the website or system doesn't work as agreed?

Accepted Answer

Let us know – for 12 months after launch we fix bugs in our code and functionality free of charge. The warranty doesn't cover content changes or new features that weren't in the brief – such work is done at €30 per hour or under a separate quote. Question 15

Where will our website be hosted?

Accepted Answer

Wherever suits you: on our server or with a hosting provider of your choice. On our server, hosting with an SSL certificate costs from €60/year for one-page and standard websites, and from €70/year for online stores and catalogues; the Business and Premium website and online store packages include the first year of hosting. For CRM, accounting, custom Laravel and AI systems that need separate hosting, we provide a virtual private server (VPS) with hosting and maintenance from €29/month, or install them on your server.

Question 16

Whose name is the domain registered in?

Accepted Answer

Your company's or yours. The domain belongs to you, so you can move it to another provider at any time. Registering a .lt domain costs from €8/year, and the Business and Premium website packages include the domain for the first year.

Question 17

What should we do if our website is infected with malware or hacked?

Accepted Answer

Call +370 670 99265 as soon as possible and don't delete any files yourselves – they can show the vulnerability that was used to get in. We assess the damage, make a backup, clean out the malicious code, update the system and change the passwords. We set the price after assessing the website and agree it with you before we start.

Question 18

How long does it take for a new website to appear in Google search?

Accepted Answer

A new website usually appears in Google search within a few days or weeks, once search engine crawlers have indexed it. When we build a website, we lay the SEO groundwork: page titles and descriptions, structured data and an XML sitemap. However, a new website usually has to wait 6–12 months for higher rankings.

Question 19

Why do SEO results take several months?

Accepted Answer

Because Google assesses changes gradually: first it re-crawls and indexes the pages, then compares them with competitors' pages and assesses the content and links. Technical errors are fixed in the first month, but changes in rankings and visitors usually show after 3–6 months, or after 6–12 months for new websites and in highly competitive fields. If you need customers straight away, it's worth combining SEO with advertising.

How much does online advertising cost per month?

Accepted Answer

The cost has two parts: our management fee from €99/month, and the advertising budget, which you pay directly to Google or Meta. To start with, we usually recommend a budget of at least €300 a month for a single channel. Campaign setup costs from €150 in the Start plan and is included in the Business and Premium plans.

Question 21

How is a CRM system different from accounting software?

Accepted Answer

A CRM is for customers and sales; accounting software is for bookkeeping. A CRM system records customers, enquiries, proposals, orders and tasks, while accounting software handles invoice registers, VAT, i.SAF (Lithuanian tax authority reporting) and payroll. A CRM doesn't replace your accounting software, but the two can be connected so that customers and invoices don't have to be entered twice.

Question 22

Where should we start if we want to use artificial intelligence?

Accepted Answer

With one repetitive task that a person currently does: answering the same questions, sorting enquiries or extracting data from documents. In a free 30–60 minute call, we assess what artificial intelligence (AI) can and can't do in that task. The smallest solution is an agent skill from €390, and a chatbot for your website from €490 (support from €29/month).

Question 23

Do you hand over the system code and website files?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When a CRM project is finished, we hand over the full source code of the system. Once a website or online store is launched and paid for in full, we hand over the admin access, files and database. For other custom systems, AI solutions and integrations, we discuss the code handover terms in advance and write them into the contract.

Question 24

Which accounting software can you connect an online store to?

Accepted Answer

The most popular in Lithuania: Rivilė, Centas, B1.lt, Debetas, Finvalda, Agnum, Stekas and others, as long as the software has an API or a data import and export option. Before signing the contract, we check what data your software allows to be transferred. An integration where a module already exists for the software costs from €490; a custom integration is quoted separately.

Question 25

Do you sign a written contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Before work starts, Web studija, MB signs a contract with you setting out the list of work, the price, timeline, payment terms and warranty. We only do extra work after agreeing its price in writing, so the agreed sum doesn't change during the project unless the brief changes. We issue invoices; our company code is 306455709.

Question 26

Do you prepare a privacy policy and a cookie banner?

Accepted Answer

We install a cookie consent banner in the Business and Premium packages for business websites and online stores, while you provide the privacy policy and terms of sale texts. We set the banner up to work with Google Consent Mode v2 and create separate pages for the legal texts. The texts should be prepared by your lawyer, as they need to match how your company processes data.

Question 27

Who is responsible for personal data on our website or system?

Accepted Answer

Your company – it is the data controller, because it decides what customer data it collects and what it uses the data for. When we build, host or maintain a system, we access data only as far as needed to do the work, and we agree the terms of processing in line with the GDPR. For testing, we use sample data without personal data wherever possible.

Question 28

Can we use photos from the internet on our website?

Accepted Answer

Only those you're allowed to use: your own, photos bought from stock libraries, or ones published under a licence that permits commercial use. Photos you happen to find online are protected by copyright, so we don't use them – using them may mean having to compensate the author. If you don't have suitable photos, we'll advise you where to find them.
