We build custom WordPress plugins built around your logic, adjust your existing theme and connect the website to your CRM, accounting software, payments, shipping or Google Sheets. We can also add AI to WordPress: a chatbot, search by meaning or enquiry sorting. We work with your current website and test every change on a copy first. Small jobs cost €30/hour; for larger modules we quote a fixed price after a free assessment.

A good fit if
Your website runs on WordPress, but no plugin offers the feature you need, or you have to combine several.
Staff copy form data, bookings or orders into a CRM or Excel by hand.
Prices, stock levels or other data should update on the website from your accounting software or another system.
Something breaks after a theme or plugin update because changes were made directly in the theme files.
You want to add an AI feature – a chatbot or search – without changing the website.
Not the best fit if
A reliable ready-made plugin already does what you need. We will simply choose and configure it – no programming required.
You need a new design or an entirely new website. Our focus is features and integrations.
The project involves a lot of complex logic, roles and data. A Laravel platform is usually a better fit.
We have been programming since 1998, and most of the online stores we work on run on WordPress and WooCommerce. We have hands-on experience with AI chatbots, search over a vector database and Google Sheets sync. We do not publish client names for AI projects.

What you get
Feature specification
We describe what the plugin does, what data it uses and what is not in the first version. We price and check the result against it.
A separate plugin, not theme edits
Your logic lives in its own plugin or a child theme, so it survives theme and WordPress updates.
Integrations
Forms, bookings and orders flow into your CRM or accounting software, while prices and stock come back to the website – via an API or import files.
AI features
A chatbot based on your content, search by meaning or enquiry sorting in the admin area. A member of staff approves important actions.
Tested on a copy
We test changes on a copy of the website with current WordPress and plugin versions before moving them to the live site.
Code, guide and 12-month warranty
We hand over the plugin code and a short guide. Programming errors are fixed free of charge for 12 months.
Price
How much does WordPress development cost?
Small WordPress jobs cost €30/hour – for example, a new form field, plugin set-up or a data export. For plugins and integrations we quote a fixed price after a free assessment: an accounting software integration costs from €490, a payment or shipping integration from €150, a booking system for an existing website from €599 and an AI feature from €990.
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is charged (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project: we put it and the timeline in the contract before work starts.
What the price depends on
Whether a ready-made plugin can be the starting point or a custom one is needed.
Which theme and plugins are in use and how many edits have already been made to their files.
Which systems data is exchanged with and whether they have an API.
How many roles, statuses and notifications the feature has.
Whether existing data needs migrating.
Additional costs
Paid plugin licences – at vendor prices, if needed.
Maintenance (updates, backups, monitoring) – from €29/month.
AI model usage (API) – billed on actual usage, within an agreed monthly limit.
Timeline
How long does WordPress development take?
We agree the timeline for small changes before starting; for a plugin or integration we state it in our quote and put it in the contract.

Programming on a copydepends on scope
We work on a copy of the website. You can try the interim version yourself.
Launch1 working day
We move the changes to the live website, check forms and integrations, and hand over the code and guide.
Warranty12 months

Examples
Typical scenarios
These examples show how this works in practice. They are not specific client cases.
Price calculator with enquiry
Situation
For example, a manufacturer prices jobs by size and material, and customers phone or email every time.
Solution
We build a WordPress plugin with a calculator: the customer enters the details, sees an indicative price and sends an enquiry that lands in the CRM with all parameters.
Outcome
Fewer repeat questions and enquiries that include everything needed for a quote.
Event registration with Google Sheets
Situation
For example, an organisation registers participants through a form and copies the lists into a spreadsheet by hand.
Solution
The registration form checks available places, writes participants to Google Sheets automatically and sends an email confirmation.
Outcome
An up-to-date participant list without copying and fewer mistakes.
Chatbot based on website content
Situation
For example, a service company has plenty of information online, yet customers keep asking the same questions by email.
Solution
We connect an AI chatbot to WordPress that answers from the website pages and price list and passes unclear questions to staff.
Outcome
Answers for visitors at any time and a clear view of which questions went to a person.
With AI
What AI can add
We connect AI features to WordPress through a plugin – your theme and content stay the same.
Form, booking and order data flows into your CRM, reports or Google Sheets without manual work.
Tell us what your WordPress website is missing
Share the website address and the feature you need. Within 1 working day we will tell you whether a ready-made plugin will do or custom programming makes sense, and what it would cost.
Can you work on a WordPress website someone else built?
Yes. We first review the theme, plugins and their versions, then tell you whether the feature can be added safely or the system should be updated first. Every change is tested on a copy.
Why write a separate plugin instead of editing the theme?
Edits in theme files are often lost when the theme is updated, while logic in a separate plugin keeps working. A plugin can also be switched off or moved without changing how the website looks.
Can WordPress be linked to accounting software?
Yes, if the software has an API or import and export. We integrate with Rivilė, B1.lt and other programs; an accounting software integration costs from €490. If your team already uses n8n, Make or Zapier, we integrate through them; otherwise we automate through programming.
Can you build SMS reminders or gift vouchers?
We can: proven WordPress plugins usually cover this, and where they do not fit, we build our own solution. We quote after assessing the rules you need.
What if we run a WooCommerce online store?
WooCommerce plugins and integrations – accounting, payments, shipping and product import – have their own WooCommerce development page, with prices and timelines for online stores.
Will we own the plugin code?
Yes. Once paid in full, we hand over the plugin code, which any developer can continue working on. Paid third-party plugin licences are subject to their vendors’ terms.
