Website design and development for businesses
Website development means taking a website end to end – from structure and design through coding and content to launch on a live server. Saitai.lt builds one-page websites, business websites with a custom design and larger projects with a UX prototype for businesses, and afterwards you update the content yourself in a content management system (CMS). Prices start at €399, timelines at 5 working days.

Who it’s for
- Your company doesn't have a website yet, and customers search for you on Google and want to see your services, prices and contact details before they call.
- Your current website was built 8–10 years ago: it looks awkward on phones, loads slowly and only a developer can change the text.
- You need a one-page website (landing page) for an ad campaign, a new service or an event.
- You want enquiries from your website to land in your inbox – and later in a CRM.
- You need your website in several languages for customers or partners abroad.
- You plan to sell online later: we build the website so that an online store or product catalogue can be added to it later on.
- You need a custom feature: bookings, registrations, a members' area or a price calculator.
When it’s not the right fit
- You only need your contact details online and your budget is under €150. A free Google Business Profile or a website builder where you create the site yourself will do the job.
- You sell lots of products and need a cart and online payments. That calls for e-commerce development rather than a standard website.
- Your services, prices and texts are not defined yet. It is worth working them out first, or ordering copywriting together with the website (from €29 per page).
- You need an internal system for your staff – to track customers, orders or projects – rather than a public website. For that, we build CRM and back-office software.

What you get

The Sanoma website on a phone – menu, services and enquiry button. View project
A structure built around your services
Before any design work, we map out the page tree and a content plan for each page: where your services, prices, answers to common questions and contact details appear. We align the structure with the keywords your customers search for.
Design that matches your brand
In the Start packages, we adapt a template to your colours and logo; in the larger packages, we create a custom design. We show you the key pages for approval before development starts.
Mobile-friendly
Your website works well on phones, tablets and desktops: we test menus, forms, tables and buttons on screens of different widths.
Content management system (CMS)
You change texts, photos, prices and news yourself in the WordPress or Joomla admin area – no developer needed.
SEO foundations
Every page has its own title and description, a clear heading structure and structured data (schema). We create an XML sitemap and check loading speed, so that Google, Bing and AI search tools can index your website.
Enquiry form and analytics
Enquiries from the form go straight to your inbox. In the Business and Premium packages, we set up Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and a cookie consent banner (Consent Mode v2).
Domain, hosting and email
We help you register a domain and host your website on a server with an SSL certificate. In the Business and Premium packages, hosting and mailboxes for the first year are included.
Training and a 12-month warranty
We show you how to update the content and give you a short guide. For 12 months, we fix any website bugs free of charge.
Price
How much does a website cost?
Price from
€399
A website costs from €399 – the price of a one-page website (landing page), with packages from €399, €549 and €749. A business website costs from €499 (up to 5 pages) or from €899 (up to 15 pages with a custom design), and a Premium website with a UX prototype, up to 30 pages and two languages, from €1,490. A product catalogue website without a cart starts at €799.
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is added (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project, and we write it into the contract together with the timeline before work starts.
What the price depends on
- The number of pages, and how many different page types you need (service, article, catalogue, contact).
- Design: an adapted template, or a custom design with a prototype.
- Features: bookings, a members' area, a calculator, a catalogue, or a connection to a CRM or other systems.
- The number of languages – each extra language adds 15% if you supply the translated texts, or about 20% if we translate them: we translate with the help of AI and then edit the text so it reads naturally.
- Who prepares the content: whether you supply the texts and photos or we create them (copywriting from €29 per page, a logo from €120).
- Whether content needs to be moved from an old website and redirects set up, so you don't lose visitors from Google.
Additional costs
- Web hosting from €60/year, a .lt domain from €8/year. In the Business and Premium packages, the first year is included.
- Website maintenance (updates, backups, security) from €29/month, if you would rather not handle it yourself.
- Additional work after launch at €30 per hour, or under a separate quote agreed in writing.

Examples
Typical projects
A service company replaces an outdated website
- Situation
- For example, a construction or renovation company's website was built more than 10 years ago: it is awkward on phones, the service descriptions are out of date, and only the original developer can make changes.
- Solution
- A new 10–15 page business website: a separate page for each service, a gallery of completed projects, an enquiry form and a CMS. Old addresses are redirected to the new ones, so visitors from Google never land on an error page.
- Result
- A website they update themselves, a clear list of services on mobile, and enquiries straight to their inbox.
A one-page website for advertising
- Situation
- For example, a training centre is launching a new course and plans Google Ads and Facebook ads, but on its main website the course gets lost among all the others.
- Solution
- A one-page website with the course description, price, answers to common questions and a registration form. We set up GA4 and conversion events, so it is clear how many registrations each campaign brings in.
- Result
- A dedicated page for ads, registrations by email and the data needed to optimise campaigns.
A bilingual website for an exporting company
- Situation
- For example, a manufacturer wants to present its products to partners abroad, but only has a one-page website in Lithuanian, with no product descriptions.
- Solution
- A Premium website with a UX prototype in Lithuanian and English, with a product catalogue without a cart, an enquiry form for each product and SEO settings in both languages.
- Result
- A catalogue they update themselves, enquiries from abroad and the option to add an online store later.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Mostly WordPress, and less often Joomla, which we have been working with for 18 years. Both are free, have an admin area in English or Lithuanian, and let you change texts, photos and prices yourself. When you need custom logic – bookings, calculators or connections to your own systems – we build it with Laravel (PHP). We choose the system based on the features you need and how you want to manage your content.
