Facebook and Instagram ads
Facebook and Instagram ads are Meta ads shown in the feed, Stories and Reels, targeted by location, age, interests or similarity to your customers – even when people aren't searching for your service yet. Saitai.lt plans and manages Meta campaigns and sets up the Pixel and the Conversions API. A new campaign goes live within 3–5 working days. Management starts at €99/month, and you pay the ad budget directly to Meta.

Who it’s for
- People usually buy your service or product after seeing it rather than searching for it: beauty and wellness services, events, food, clothing, interiors.
- You want to reach people in a particular city or within a certain distance of your salon, shop or office.
- Boosting posts on your Facebook page brings reactions and followers, but not enquiries or sales.
- You need to collect enquiries or sign-ups without a separate landing page – Meta lead forms are made for this.
- Your online store wants to bring back visitors who viewed products by showing them those same products with prices.
- You're launching a new product or service that people aren't searching for on Google yet.
When it’s not the right fit
- You sell a niche B2B service to businesses, and decision-makers are hard to single out on Facebook. Google Ads Search campaigns built around specific service search terms usually bring more enquiries.
- You have no photos or video and don't plan to create any. The results of Meta ads depend most on the visuals, and in the Start plan we use the materials you provide.
- You advertise credit, job vacancies or housing. Meta applies special ad categories to these, with limited targeting (no age or detailed interest targeting), so we assess how effective the campaign can be before we start.
- You want to run political or social issue ads. Since October 2025, Meta no longer allows such ads in the European Union.

What you get
Campaign objective and structure
We choose the Meta campaign objective – traffic, leads, sales or awareness – and decide where automated Advantage+ campaigns make sense and where a manual structure works better.
Audiences
We target by location, age and interests, and also show ads to website visitors, video viewers and lookalike audiences. We only use customer lists if they were collected lawfully under the GDPR.
Banners, copy and Reels
We prepare ad copy and visuals for every format (1:1, 4:5, 9:16). Our designers create 4 banners a month in the Business plan and 8 in Premium, in line with your brand identity.
Lead forms
We create forms that open right on Facebook or Instagram, without going to your website, with questions that filter out unsuitable enquiries. You receive the contacts by email; passing them to a CRM is quoted separately.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We install the Meta Pixel together with cookie consent, set up the Conversions API and events (enquiry, sign-up, purchase) and verify your website domain.
Dynamic ads for online stores
We connect your product catalogue in Meta Commerce Manager, so visitors see the products they viewed, or similar ones, with prices.
Testing and optimisation
We compare ad variants, adjust audiences and the budget split, and watch frequency so people don't get tired of seeing the same ad.
Report

Price
How much do Facebook and Instagram ads cost?
Price from
€99/month
Managing Facebook and Instagram ads costs from €99/month with a budget up to €500/month, plus from €150 for campaign setup; both platforms count as a single Meta channel. If you need Google Ads as well, the Business plan suits you – €199/month with 4 banners. You pay the ad budget directly to Meta; to start with, we recommend from €300/month.
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is added (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project: we put it in the contract before work starts.
What the price depends on
- How many campaigns and audiences you need: a local service, the whole of Lithuania or several countries.
- Whether we create the banners and videos, or you provide them.
- Whether the Pixel and Conversions API already work or need installing.
- The number of products and the state of your catalogue for dynamic ads.
- Whether you need lead forms and for the leads to be passed to other systems.
- How many languages the ads cover.
Additional costs
- The ad budget is paid directly to Meta by your card; it isn't included in the management price.
- Video editing for Reels and Stories formats – quoted separately.
- A one-page website (landing page), if you need one – from €399.
- Creating a Facebook page, if you don't have one yet – €70–120; we don't offer page management (creating and publishing posts).

Timeline
How soon do Facebook ads start working?
A Facebook and Instagram campaign goes live within 3–5 working days of receiving access and materials; some of the work runs in parallel. Meta reviews most ads within 24 hours. Then the learning phase begins: the system needs around 50 optimisation events a week, so results usually settle within 2–4 weeks.
| Stage | What happens | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Accounts and tracking | business portfolio and ad account, Pixel, Conversions API, domain verification | 1–3 working days |
| Creative and campaigns | copy, banners, audiences, lead forms | 2–4 working days |
| Meta ad review | check against Meta's advertising standards | usually within 24 hours |
| Learning phase | the system gathers data; we pause the weakest ads | 2–4 weeks |
| Ongoing optimisation | tests, new visuals, budget reallocation | weekly and monthly |
Process
How it works
- Account check1–2 working days
We review your Facebook page, Instagram account, ad account and Pixel; if you already run ads, we also look at the results of past campaigns.
- Objective, audiences and budget1 working day
We agree which result matters most – an enquiry, a booking, a purchase – who we'll show the ads to and what budget you set aside.
- Tracking setup1–3 working days
We install the Pixel with cookie consent, the Conversions API and events, and test that they're being recorded.
- Creative and launch2–4 working days
We prepare copy and visuals for several formats, agree them with you and launch the campaigns.
- Optimisationongoing
We monitor cost per result and frequency, replace weak ads with new ones and reallocate the budget.
- Reportevery month
Every month we send a report with the results and the plan for the next month.
Comparison
Boosting a post or a campaign in Ads Manager: what's the difference?
| Criterion | Boosted post | Campaign with website conversions | Campaign with lead forms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where it's created | with one button under a post | Meta Ads Manager | Meta Ads Manager |
| Goal | usually reactions, views, messages | enquiries, bookings or purchases on your website | contact details without going to your website |
| Audiences and placements | basic | every option: website visitors, lookalike audiences, placement choice | every option |
| Measuring results | reactions and clicks | conversions via the Pixel and Conversions API | forms received and their cost |
| What you need | just a post | a website with the Pixel and a clear offer | form questions and a quick response to enquiries |
| Best for | visibility for an event or news | online stores and services with a website | services that need a call or consultation |
Examples
Typical projects
Beauty salon: bookings, not reactions
- Situation
- For example, a beauty salon in Kaunas boosts posts every week and gets reactions, but hardly any new clients.
- Solution
- A campaign within a 10 km radius of the salon, Reels and Stories formats showing examples of its work, an offer for the first visit, and online booking as the conversion.
- Result
- The number of bookings and the cost per booking in the report, instead of a reaction count.
Event sign-ups
- Situation
- For example, a training provider collects sign-ups on its website, but most people on mobile don't complete the form.
- Solution
- A two-question lead form on Meta platforms, retargeting people who watched the video, and a reminder campaign a few days before the event.
- Result
- Easier sign-up on mobile and a clear cost per sign-up.
Lots of forms, few good leads
- Situation
- For example, a window installation company gets lots of form enquiries, but some contact details are wrong or people don't want a measuring visit.
- Solution
- A higher-intent form with a review step, a question about the number of windows and the location, and leads passed on by email immediately after the form is submitted.
- Result
- Fewer but better-qualified enquiries, and the chance to call back quickly.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Meta lets you start from a few euros a day, but that budget is often not enough for the system to learn to show your ads to the right people. To start with, we recommend about €10 a day (roughly €300/month) per campaign. What 1,000 impressions or a single enquiry will cost depends on the audience, the season and the quality of the ad.
