Business card design
Business card design means creating a business card layout based on your logo and colours and preparing a print-ready file. Saitai.lt designs business cards for companies and their staff, but we don't print them: we prepare the file to the specifications of the printer you choose. A one-sided card design costs €30, a two-sided one €45, and each additional employee's card +€12; we usually prepare the first layout within 1–2 working days. No VAT is added.

Who it’s for
- You have a logo but no business card yet, or your card design is old and doesn't match your website.
- A new employee needs a business card in the same style as their colleagues', but nobody can find the original file.
- The printer is asking for a “print-ready file with bleed”, and all you have is an image or a Word document.
- You're getting ready for a trade show, a conference or client meetings and need business cards within a few days.
- You want a QR code on the card: contact details that a phone saves in one tap, or a link to your website.
When it’s not the right fit
- You need printed cards delivered. We don't print business cards – we prepare a file that you pass on to a printer or upload yourself to an online printer's order form.
- You don't have a logo yet and want the card to become the “face” of your company. In that case, it's worth starting with a logo (from €120) or a brand identity (from €390), which already includes a business card layout.
- All you need on the card is a name and phone number, and standing out doesn't matter. The cheapest option then is a free template on a printer's website.

Layout in your style
We use your logo, brand colours and fonts. If you don't have a brand identity, we choose colours and a font that match your logo and website.
One-sided or two-sided card
One side carries your name, job title and contact details; the other, if needed, your logo, a list of services, a QR code or a short slogan. We arrange the information so that it stays legible even in small type.
Cards for all your staff
The same layout with different names, job titles and contact details; once the main design is approved, each additional employee's card costs €12. We prepare a separate print file for each employee, so nothing gets mixed up at the printer's.
Print-ready file
A PDF with CMYK colours, bleed (usually 2–3 mm), a safe area around the edges and fonts converted to outlines – a file like this looks the same at any printer.
Adapted to your printer
If your printer has its own template or specific requirements for size, bleed or special finishes (spot varnish, foil), we prepare the file to match.
QR code
We generate a QR code with your contact details or a link to your website, and check that it scans with a phone before we hand over the file.
Screen version
A PNG or JPG version of the card that you can add to an email, a messaging app or a social media profile.

How much does business card design cost?

Business card design costs €30 (one-sided) or €45 (two-sided) when we create the layout from your existing logo and colours. The price includes 1 design concept and 2 revision rounds. Once the main design is approved, each additional employee's card costs €12. Redrawing a logo or special finishes are quoted separately. Printing is not included – you pay the printer directly.
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is added (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the order: we confirm it and the timeline before work starts.
What the price depends on
- One-sided (€30) or two-sided (€45) card.
- How many employees need cards: each additional employee's card based on the approved layout costs €12, and each gets a separate file.
- Whether you have your logo in vector format (SVG, PDF, AI) or it needs to be redrawn from a small image.
- Whether the included 1 design concept and 2 revision rounds are enough; extra concepts are quoted separately.
- Special finishes: spot varnish, foil or embossing need extra file layers.
- Deadline: urgent jobs are scheduled separately.
Additional costs
- Printing – at the printer's prices, which depend on the print run, paper and finish.
- Redrawing your logo in vector format – quoted once we've seen your existing file.
- Revisions beyond the 2 included rounds, or changes after approval when the details or brief change – €30 per hour, or under a separate quote agreed in writing.
Timeline
How long does it take to design a business card?
We usually prepare the first business card layout within 1–2 working days of receiving your logo and contact details. Revisions based on your feedback typically take another working day, and we send the print-ready file as soon as you approve the layout. The printing time is set by the printer.

A file the printer rejected

- Solution
- The layout is rebuilt at actual size with bleed and CMYK colours, the logo is replaced with a sharp version, and the text is moved away from the edges.
- Result
- A file the printer accepts without comments, and a card with nothing trimmed off at the edges.
