Websites with online booking and registration
A booking system for your website lets customers choose a service, a free slot or an item to hire and book online themselves, while you see all bookings in one place. Saitai.lt builds websites with online booking, or adds booking to your existing website. A website with a booking system costs from €990, and a booking system for an existing website from €599; the final price depends on your booking rules and integrations.

- Where we work

Who it’s for
- Customers book by phone or message, and your receptionist spends part of the day arranging appointments.
- You have several specialists or rooms, so you need to see each one's availability separately.
- You hire out campervans, machinery, motorbikes or premises, and want customers to see available dates themselves.
- You run training courses, tours or events with a limited number of places – for example, we built course registration for the Geri Mokymai training website.
- You want to take a deposit or the full amount upfront, so fewer customers fail to turn up.
- You use a booking platform, but want customers to book on your own website, with their data staying with you.
When it’s not the right fit
- You only get a few bookings a week. Then an enquiry form on your website is enough.
- You already use a booking platform that works for you. Then we connect it to your website – adding a booking button or widget – without building a separate system.
- You need to manage patients' health records. That calls for specialised healthcare systems, and a registration form on your website can only connect to them if they have an API.
- Your booking rules aren't worked out yet. It is worth describing your services, their duration and your cancellation terms first.

Included
What you get
Availability calendar
The customer chooses a service, a specialist or an item and sees only the free slots or dates. Service duration and breaks between appointments are taken into account automatically.
Services, specialists and resources
Each service has a duration and price, each specialist a work schedule, and each hire item a quantity and minimum hire period.
Confirmations and reminders
The customer receives a confirmation by email and a reminder before the appointment. We can also set up SMS reminders; text messages are paid for separately.
Prepayment
You can take a deposit or the full amount: we connect Paysera, Montonio or Stripe payments, and a paid booking is confirmed automatically.
Booking management
You see all bookings in a list and a calendar, can move or cancel them, block out time for holidays and export the list to Excel.
Cancellation rules
We set how far in advance customers can cancel or reschedule a booking themselves, and what happens to the deposit. The rules are shown before the booking is confirmed.
Personal data
We collect only the data the booking needs, include privacy information in the form, and only the staff you designate can see the bookings.
Connections to other systems
Bookings can be passed to a CRM or synced with Google Calendar; we quote such integrations separately.
Price
How much does a booking system for a website cost?
Price from
€990
A website with a booking or registration system costs from €990, and a booking system for an existing website from €599. The final price depends on the rules: how many services, specialists or hire items there are, and whether you need prepayment and reminders. Payment provider integration costs from €150.
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is added (we are not VAT-registered). We write the price and timeline into the contract before work starts.
What the price depends on
- Whether a ready-made extension will do, or your rules mean the system has to be developed.
- How many specialists, rooms or hire items there are, and whether their schedules differ.
- Whether bookings are by the hour, or by the day and night, as with hire.
- Whether you need a deposit or full prepayment, discount codes or gift vouchers.
- Email or SMS reminders, and sync with a calendar or CRM.
- How many languages the booking form needs.
Additional costs
- Payment provider fees and text messages are paid directly to the providers.
- If a premium booking extension is chosen, its licence is at the maker's price.
- Website hosting from €60/year; for a custom system that needs its own hosting, a virtual private server (VPS) from €29/month. Website maintenance from €29/month.

Examples
Typical projects
Daily machinery hire
- Situation
- For example, a construction machinery hire company takes orders by phone and notes availability in a paper diary. Customers call just to find out whether the excavator is free at the weekend.
- Solution
- A booking calendar for each machine with a daily rate, a minimum hire period and an online deposit. The administrator confirms each booking.
- Result
- Available dates on the website, fewer calls and a deposit before the hire starts.
Consultations with prepayment
- Situation
- For example, a consultancy arranges appointment times by email, and some clients don't turn up or let them know.
- Solution
- Booking with a specific consultant according to their schedule, payment at the time of booking, and a confirmation and reminder by email.
- Result
- Booked appointments without back-and-forth emails, and fewer no-shows.
Course registration with limited places
- Situation
- For example, a training centre registers participants through Google Forms and counts the remaining places by hand.
- Solution
- An events calendar with a limit on places, registration and payment. When the places are filled, registration closes automatically, and the participant list can be exported to Excel.
- Result
- An accurate participant list and paid places with no manual counting.
