Website maintenance and support in Lithuania
Website maintenance means looking after a website or online store after launch: content management system (CMS) and plugin updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security and content changes. Maintenance starts at €29/month (Basic, Business and Premium plans), one-off jobs cost €30 per hour, and hosting starts at €60/year.

Who it’s for
- Nobody installs updates on your WordPress or Joomla website, for fear that something will break.
- Your website was built by another developer or studio, and now there's nobody to turn to for changes and fixes.
- You don't know whether your website is being backed up, or whether it could be restored from those backups.
- You sell online, and every hour your basket or payments are down means lost orders.
- You need to change prices, publish news or upload photos several times a month, but your staff don't have time.
- Your website has already been infected or hacked, and you want to make sure it doesn't happen again.
- You want hosting, your domain, email and technical support all in one place.
When it’s not the right fit
- Your website is looked after by your own IT person, who installs updates and checks backups regularly. In that case, one-off jobs at €30 per hour whenever you need help are enough.
- Your website is built on a website builder (such as Wix), and the platform itself takes care of the server and updates.
- Your website's content management system is so old that it can no longer be updated safely. Then it's worth redesigning or rebuilding the website first – from €299 – and maintaining the updated version.
- You need new features or a new design. That's development work, which we quote for separately.

What you get
Updates with testing
We update the CMS, plugins and template after making a backup, and afterwards check the main pages, forms and – for an online store – the basket and payments.
Backups
Your website's files and database are backed up weekly (daily in the Business and Premium plans), plus before every update. If the website breaks, we restore it from the last working backup.
Uptime monitoring
We monitor your website's availability automatically, so we hear about an outage from a monitoring alert rather than from your customers.
Content changes
Changes to prices, texts, photos, news or banners: the maintenance plans include from 30 minutes (Basic) to 5 hours (Premium) a month; anything more is €30 per hour.
Security
We remove unused plugins and users, protect admin access, and clean infected websites and close the security holes.
Speed improvements
We speed up slow-loading websites: we optimise images (WebP), turn on caching, remove unnecessary plugins and check the server settings.
Bug fixing
We fix white screens, broken forms, payment errors and update conflicts on WordPress, Joomla, WooCommerce and VirtueMart websites.
Moving to another server
We move your website, database and email to another hosting provider without changing your address, so neither visitors nor emails go astray.
Email and servers
Business mailboxes on your domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, so your emails don't end up in spam, and for larger projects, virtual private server (VPS) setup and administration.
Price
How much does website maintenance cost?
Price from
€29/month
Website maintenance costs from €29/month: this includes monthly CMS and plugin updates, weekly backups, uptime monitoring and up to 30 minutes of changes a month (Basic plan). In the Business (€69/month) and Premium (€149/month) plans, updates are installed weekly, backups are made daily, 2 or 5 hours a month are set aside for changes, and hosting is included. One-off jobs without a maintenance plan cost €30 per hour. Website hosting starts at €60/year, and hosting for online stores and catalogues at €70/year.
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is added (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the website: we put the scope and price of maintenance in the contract before work starts.
What the price depends on
- The content management system and the number of plugins: the more plugins, the more updates and checks.
- Whether it's an online store: after every update, we check the basket, payments, shipping modules and customer emails.
- How many changes you need a month, and how quickly they need doing.
- How often you need backups: weekly or daily.
- The website's condition when we take it over: we first sort out an outdated CMS, unsupported plugins or malicious code as a separate job.
- Whether the website is hosted on our server or with another hosting provider.
Additional costs
- Website hosting from €60/year, online stores and catalogues from €70/year, .lt domain from €8/year; hosting is included in the Business and Premium maintenance plans. The Business and Premium website and online store development packages include the first year of hosting, and the business website packages include 1 and 3 months of free maintenance respectively.
- Renewals of paid plugin and template licences – at the developers' prices.
- Work beyond the time included in your plan – €30 per hour; larger jobs under a separate quote, agreed in writing.

Examples
Typical projects
A WordPress website nobody has updated
- Situation
- For example, a service company's website was built a few years ago and hasn't been updated since. The former developer no longer responds, and the company only has some of the admin access details.
- Solution
- Together with the hosting provider, we restore access, make a backup, test the updates on a copy first and only then install them. We replace unsupported plugins with alternatives and add the website to monthly maintenance.
- Result
- An updated website, working backups and a single contact for all technical questions.
An online store with no payments after an update
- Situation
- For example, the owner of a WooCommerce store updated the plugins without help, and the payment methods disappeared from the basket. Orders stopped, and it's not clear what broke.
- Solution
- We find the incompatible plugin, fix the error or temporarily roll back to the previous version, and place a test order. From then on, we install updates ourselves and check the basket after each one.
- Result
- Payments working again, a clear update routine and less downtime.
A website with nobody to update the content
- Situation
- For example, a dental clinic's prices, specialists' working hours and special offers change every month, but the staff don't have time to update them in the content management system.
- Solution
- The Business maintenance plan with 2 hours of changes a month: you email us the changes, we respond within 1 working day and let you know when everything is published.
- Result
- Up-to-date information on the website, and updates you don't have to worry about.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Yes. First, we review the website free of charge: CMS and plugin versions, hosting, backups and possible security holes. If the website is in good shape, we start maintenance straight away; if it first needs updating or cleaning, we quote for that work separately. The website can stay with its current hosting provider.
