Websites for beauty salons and spas

A beauty salon website is where clients find your treatments with their duration and price, your specialists and opening hours, and can book or buy a gift voucher online. Saitai.lt builds websites for beauty salons, hairdressers, massage studios and spas in Lithuania and abroad. Who it’s for

  • Your price list is currently a photo on Instagram, so clients ask about prices by message.
  • Your salon receptionist spends a large part of the day answering calls about free slots.
  • Several specialists work at your salon, and clients want to choose a particular one.
  • You want to sell gift vouchers online, especially in the run-up to holidays.
  • You sell professional cosmetics and want to sell them online as well.
  • Many of your clients are foreigners, so you need a website in English or another language.
  • You are opening a new salon or rebranding, so you need a logo as well.

When it’s not the right fit

  • You work on your own, and an Instagram account with a link to a booking platform is enough. Then you may not need a website at all, or a one-page website will do (from €399).
  • You already use a booking platform that works for you. Then we simply connect it to your website – there is no need to build a separate booking system.

Included

What you get

Treatment price list

Treatments are grouped into categories, each with a description, duration, price and contraindications where relevant. You change the prices yourself in the admin area.

Specialist profiles

Each specialist is introduced with a photo, their speciality and the treatments they offer – as on the Mystic SPA website, which presents its therapists and types of massage.

Online booking

Clients choose a treatment, a specialist and a free slot. We can add booking (with a proven plugin or our own solution) or connect your website to the booking platform you already use.

Gift vouchers

We can set up gift voucher sales with a proven WordPress plugin or our own solution. The voucher is sold like a product in an online store: the client pays online and receives the voucher by email, and you mark used vouchers in the admin area.

Cosmetics online store

If you sell cosmetics, we connect a WooCommerce store with payments and shipping to your website – as in the Hyacell and Zen House Marbella projects.

Salon and portfolio gallery

Photos of your interior and your work, grouped by treatment. We only publish before-and-after photos with the client's consent.

Contact details and map

Your address, opening hours, parking information and a tap-to-call phone number. Your contact details match your Google Business Profile.

Social media

Links to your Instagram and Facebook accounts; your latest posts can be shown on the website if the platform allows it.

Price

How much does a beauty salon website cost?

Price from

€499

A beauty salon website costs from €499 – the price of a website of up to 5 pages with a treatment price list and contact details. A salon with several specialists and a custom design usually goes for the Business package (from €899). Online booking and gift voucher sales are quoted separately, and a cosmetics online store costs from €999.

Prices include all taxes – no VAT is added (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project, and we write it into the contract together with the timeline before work starts.

Get an exact price

What the price depends on

  • How many treatment categories and specialists need presenting.
  • Booking: a connection to your platform or a separate booking module on the website.
  • Whether you sell gift vouchers and need to keep track of redemptions.
  • Whether you need a cosmetics online store and how many products it will have.
  • How many languages: each extra one adds 15% to the project price if you supply the translations, or about 20% if we translate the texts.
  • Whether you need a logo (from €120) and copywriting (from €29/page).

Additional costs

  • Hosting from €60/year for a website, from €70/year for an online store; in the Business and Premium packages, the first year is included.
  • A booking platform subscription, if you use one, and payment provider fees are paid directly to the providers.
  • Maintenance from €29/month; one-off changes at €30/hour.

Timeline

How long does it take to build a beauty salon website?

A beauty salon website takes 10–25 working days from receiving the deposit and your texts and photos, and a Premium website with a UX prototype in two languages from 30 working days. If a cosmetics online store or a booking module is being built at the same time, we give the timeline in our proposal.

Examples

Typical projects

A hair salon with several stylists

Situation
For example, four stylists work at a hair salon, clients book by sending messages on Instagram, and the receptionist notes appointments in a paper diary.
Solution
A website with a price list by stylist level and booking with a specific stylist; the day before the visit, the client receives an email reminder.
Result
Fewer messages, free slots on the website around the clock and one price list for every channel.

A spa with gift vouchers

Situation
For example, a spa only sells gift vouchers on site, and before holidays clients call to ask whether they can buy one online.
Solution
Gift voucher sales on the website: the client chooses a treatment or an amount, pays online and receives the voucher as a PDF by email.
Result
Voucher sales around the clock, and fewer calls before holidays.

A salon that sells cosmetics

Situation
For example, a salon uses professional cosmetics for its treatments and sells them to clients, but only at the salon.
Solution
A website with a WooCommerce online store: each treatment lists the cosmetics used, and products are shipped to parcel lockers.
Result
An extra sales channel, and clients who can buy products between visits too.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Yes. If the platform allows it, we embed its booking widget on the website or add a "Book" button to each treatment that leads to your profile on the platform. That way, clients don't have to hunt for a link, and you don't have to change the way you work. A separate booking module is worth building when the platform's fees or limitations start getting in the way.
