WordPress website development

Saitai.lt prepares the design, develops the features you need, adds the content and shows you how to manage it. Prices start at €499, timelines at 10 working days.

Who it’s for
- You want a website your company can manage itself: an administrator or manager changes the texts, prices, photos and news, not a developer.
- You will publish news or blog posts regularly – WordPress has a convenient editor, categories and tags for that.
- You plan to sell online later: a WooCommerce store can be added to a WordPress website without rebuilding it.
- You need several language versions, forms, galleries or a service catalogue: there are proven plugins for these, and we develop any custom features.
- You don't want to depend on a single provider: many developers in Lithuania work with WordPress, so another company can look after your website later on.
- Your website currently runs on a website builder or an outdated system, and you want to move to one where the files and database belong to you.
When it’s not the right fit
- You need complex internal logic: client accounts with calculations, bookings with several resources (specialists, rooms or equipment) or connections to several of your systems. Then it is more reliable to build a custom solution with Laravel.
- You will hardly ever change the content, and one page is enough. Then a one-page website will do (from €399).
- You don't want to spend time or budget on updates. WordPress and its plugins need updating regularly – either by you or as part of a maintenance plan; otherwise, within a few years, the website becomes vulnerable.
- Your team already works with Joomla and is happy with it. Then your website can be built or updated on Joomla instead.

Included
What you get
Design and theme
In the Start package, we choose a theme and adapt it to your colours and logo; in the Business and Premium packages, we create a custom design and turn it into a WordPress theme.
Easy content editing
You change pages, news, photos and prices in the admin area in English or Lithuanian. We set up recurring blocks – such as a service card or FAQs – as templates, so you don't have to worry about the design.
Only the plugins you need
We install only the plugins you really need and that are updated regularly: for forms, SEO settings and backups. The fewer plugins, the faster and more secure the website.
Custom features
If there is no suitable plugin, or it slows the website down too much, we develop the feature ourselves – a price calculator, a filter or a CRM connection.
SEO foundations
Every page has a title, a description, a clear heading structure and structured data (schema), and the sitemap updates automatically.
Speed and security
Images in WebP format, caching, an SSL certificate, limited login attempts and regular backups.
Analytics
In the Business and Premium packages, we set up Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and a cookie consent banner (Consent Mode v2).
Logins, a guide and a warranty
We hand over admin access and a short guide on how to create pages, change menus and publish news. For 12 months, we fix any website bugs free of charge.
Price
How much does a WordPress website cost?
Price from
€499
A WordPress website costs from €499 – the price of a website of up to 5 pages with a theme adapted to your colours. A website of up to 15 pages with a custom design and a catalogue costs from €899, and one of up to 30 pages with a blog, a UX prototype and two languages from €1,490.
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is added (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project, and we write it into the contract together with the timeline before work starts.
What the price depends on
- The number of pages, and how many different page templates you need (service, article, catalogue entry, contact).
- Design: an adapted theme, or a custom design with a prototype.
- Features: a catalogue, several languages, bookings, a members' area, a connection to a CRM or accounting software.
- Whether you need premium plugins or themes – their licences are paid separately.
- Whether content needs to be moved from an old website and 301 redirects set up.
- Who prepares the texts: you supply them or we write them (from €29 per page).
Additional costs
- Hosting from €60/year, a .lt domain from €8/year; in the Business and Premium packages, the first year is included.
- WordPress itself is free, but some plugins and themes have paid annual licences – we tell you about them before the contract is signed.
- Updates, backups and security checks – maintenance from €29/month if you'd rather not do it yourself; one-off tasks at €30/hour.
Timeline
How long does it take to build a WordPress website?
A WordPress website of up to 5 pages takes 10–15 working days, one of up to 15 pages with a custom design 15–25 working days, and larger websites with a prototype and two languages from 30 working days. The timeline starts once we receive the deposit and your texts and photos.

Examples
Typical projects
A service company website with a blog
- Situation
- For example, an accountancy firm wants to write regularly about tax changes to attract clients from search, but on its current website only a developer can upload articles.
- Solution
- A WordPress website with service pages, a blog and categories. We set up the article template so the author just types the text and uploads a photo, and links to related services appear automatically.
- Result
- Articles they publish themselves, a consistently tidy layout and links from articles to service pages.
A product catalogue without a basket
- Situation
- For example, a furniture maker wants to show several hundred products with photos and dimensions, but only sells on request.
- Solution
- A WordPress website with a product catalogue, filters by category and material, and an enquiry form for each product. They add to the catalogue themselves, and a WooCommerce basket can be connected to it later.
- Result
- A catalogue they update themselves, enquiries that name the product, and the option to sell online later.
An events calendar with registration
- Situation
- For example, an association holds events every month, announces them by email, collects registrations by email and copies them into a spreadsheet.
- Solution
- A WordPress website with an events calendar: each event is a separate post with a date, venue and registration form, and past events move to the archive automatically.
- Result
- An events list they update themselves, and registrations without manual copying.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Yes, as long as it is updated regularly. WordPress websites are most often hacked through vulnerabilities in outdated plugins or themes, or through weak passwords. That is why we only use supported plugins, install an SSL certificate, limit login attempts and set up backups. After launch, you can handle updates yourself or order maintenance from €29/month.
