Websites for construction and renovation companies
A construction company website is where clients find the work you do, the projects you have completed and the area you cover, and can request a quote with photos or drawings attached. Saitai.lt's portfolio includes 35 websites for construction, renovation and architecture firms in Lithuania and abroad. Prices start at €499, timelines at 10 working days.

Who it’s for
- Clients want to see the projects you have completed before they call, but your photos are currently scattered across Facebook posts.
- You do several types of work – for example, roofing, facade insulation and interior finishing – and each needs its own page so people can find it in search.
- Quote requests arrive without measurements or photos, so you have to keep asking follow-up questions.
- You work in Norway, Sweden or another country, and your clients need a website in their language.
- You are recruiting and want to post vacancies on your own website.
- You want to show your qualifications, certificates, warranty terms and insurance – the things clients check before signing a contract.
- You manufacture building structures or products and need a catalogue of models with technical data.
When it’s not the right fit
- You work on your own as a sole trader and get enough work through recommendations. Then a Google Business Profile and a one-page website (from €399) may be enough.
- You need a system for your staff to track projects, jobs and tradespeople. That is an internal system, not a website – we build those as a database or CRM.
- You expect a website on its own to bring a steady stream of orders. A website is the foundation; visitors from search or ads have to be attracted separately.

A page for each type of work
Roofing, facades, foundations, interior finishing or building services – each service has its own page describing the process, the materials and the most common questions.

Qualifications, warranties and insurance
A separate block shows your qualifications, certificates, the warranty you give on your work and your public liability insurance, if you have it.
Careers page
Vacancies with requirements and an application form that candidates fill in on the website, attaching their CV.
Language versions
For clients abroad – English, Norwegian or another language. Each language has its own page addresses and SEO settings.
You add projects yourself
You add a new project with photos to the gallery yourself in the content management system – no developer needed.
Price
How much does a construction company website cost?
Price from
€499
A construction company website costs from €499 – the price of a website of up to 5 pages with an adapted template. A company with several types of work and a project gallery usually goes for the Business package (from €899), and one working abroad for Premium with two languages, from €1,490.
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is added (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project, and we write it into the contract together with the timeline before work starts.
What the price depends on
- How many types of work and separate service pages you need.
- How many projects and photos need adding, and whether the gallery needs filters.
- Whether the quote form needs file uploads, several steps or a calculator.
- How many languages: each extra one adds 15% to the project price if you supply the translations, or about 20% if we translate the texts.
- Whether you write the texts yourself or we prepare them (from €29/page).
- Whether you need a logo (from €120) or a brand identity.
Additional costs
- Hosting from €60/year, a .lt domain from €8/year; in the Business and Premium packages, the first year is included.
- Maintenance from €29/month; one-off changes at €30/hour.
- Google Ads management, if you need enquiries quickly – from €99/month (campaign setup from €150); you pay the ad budget to Google separately.
Timeline
How long does it take to build a construction company website?
A construction company website takes 10–25 working days, and a two-language Premium website with a UX prototype from 30 working days. The timeline starts once we receive the deposit and your materials; gathering project photos and descriptions usually takes the longest, so it is worth starting straight away.
| Package | Best for | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Start – from €499 | a company doing one or two types of work; up to 5 pages | 10–15 working days |
| Business – from €899 | several types of work, project gallery, quote form; up to 15 pages | 15–25 working days |
| Premium – from €1,490 | for companies working abroad: 2 languages, a blog; up to 30 pages | from 30 working days |

Examples
Typical projects
A roofing company with several services
- Situation
- For example, a company does roofing, installs gutters and insulates lofts, but all its work is described on a single page, and enquiries arrive without the roof area or photos.
- Solution
- A separate page for each type of work with photos of completed projects and FAQs, plus a quote form with fields for roof area and roofing type, and photo uploads.
- Result
- More precise enquiries that are easier to price straight away, and a separate page for each job type in search.
A contractor working in Norway
- Situation
- For example, a Lithuanian construction company carries out projects in Norway, but its website is only in Lithuanian, and it recruits workers in Lithuania.
- Solution
- A custom-designed website in Norwegian and Lithuanian: the Norwegian section presents services and projects to clients, and the Lithuanian section has a careers page for workers.
- Result
- A website for clients in their own language, and recruitment in one place.
A precast concrete manufacturer
- Situation
- For example, a manufacturer offers several standard precast concrete models with installation, and customers keep phoning with the same questions: dimensions, price and delivery.
- Solution
- A catalogue of models with dimensions, PDF drawings and a description of the installation process, with an enquiry form for each model.
- Result
- Fewer repeat questions, and enquiries that name the model.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Start with what you have: bright phone photos that show the result are often fine. We crop, standardise and resize the photos so they load quickly. On new projects, it is worth taking photos before, during and after the work – these make the most convincing project descriptions.
