E-commerce development in Vilnius: turnkey online stores
E-commerce development means preparing and launching an online store: the product catalogue, basket, payments and choice of delivery options. Saitai.lt mostly builds WooCommerce stores, as well as VirtueMart and custom Laravel online stores, and connects them to accounting software. Prices start at €999, with a timeline from 15 working days.

Who it’s for
- You're starting to sell online and want your own online store, rather than selling only on marketplaces or social media.
- You have a physical shop or warehouse and want online orders to be visible alongside your stock levels.
- Your accountant retypes every online store order and invoice into the accounting software by hand.
- Your supplier sends its product list as an XML or CSV file, and you update prices and stock levels manually.
- You sell to businesses and need different prices for customer groups, pro forma invoices or orders without card payment.
- Your current store is slow, its version no longer receives updates, or the payment or shipping modules have stopped working.
- A standard platform no longer fits: you need rentals, bookings, a product configurator or other non-standard logic. Then we build a custom store on Laravel.
When it’s not the right fit
- You have fewer than 10 products and they rarely change. A website with an enquiry form or a product catalogue without a basket (from €799) is often enough.
- You don't yet know whether people will buy the product at all. It's worth testing demand on a marketplace or with a one-page website with an order form first.
- You don't have product descriptions and photos yet, and the store needs to launch within a week. At least your main products need content first – without it, the store won't sell.

Examples
Typical projects
A store connected to accounting software
- Situation
- For example, a building or plumbing supplies store receives 10–30 orders a day, and the accountant retypes every order and invoice into the accounting software.
- Solution
- A WooCommerce store with Paysera, two couriers and accounting integration: orders and invoices are transferred automatically, and stock levels flow back to the store.
- Result
- Less manual retyping, more accurate stock levels in the store and all orders in one place.
Supplier products from XML
- Situation
- For example, an electronics or car parts retailer sells its suppliers' products: thousands of items, with prices and stock levels changing daily.
- Solution
- A WooCommerce store (Premium package) with product import from the suppliers' XML or CSV files, mark-up rules and automatic stock updates several times a day.
- Result
- Up-to-date prices and stock levels without manual work, and the option to add a new supplier without rebuilding the store.
Rentals with bookings
- Situation
- For example, an equipment or vehicle rental company wants customers to choose dates, see availability and pay a deposit online – which a standard basket can't do.
- Solution
- A custom Laravel online store: an availability calendar, prices based on the rental period, deposit payments and an admin area for the rental manager.
- Result
- Bookings without double bookings, all availability in one place and a system that can grow.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
WooCommerce suits most small and medium-sized stores and is a free open-source system. It runs on WordPress, has ready-made Paysera, Montonio, Omniva and DPD modules, and makes it easy to manage products and orders yourself. That's why most of the stores we build are on WooCommerce, and we only suggest another platform when it really is a better fit.
