WooCommerce online store development
A WooCommerce online store is a store built on WordPress, where the catalogue, basket, orders and payments are run by WooCommerce, a free open-source plugin. Saitai.lt builds and launches the store for you: we create the design, connect Paysera or Montonio payments and parcel lockers, import your products and, if needed, link the store to your accounting software. Prices start at €999, and the timeline is from 15 working days.

Who it’s for
- You have anywhere from a few dozen to a few thousand products and want to manage them yourself: change prices, promotions and stock levels without a developer.
- Your website already runs on WordPress and you need to add a basket and payments – the store becomes part of the same website.
- Your supplier sends a product list as an Excel, CSV or XML file, and you want products, prices and stock levels to update automatically.
- Your bookkeeper re-types orders and invoices into the accounting software by hand, and you want them to get there without manual work.
- You already have a WooCommerce store, but it is slow, hasn't been updated for a long time, or the payment or shipping module has stopped working. We take over stores like this, fix them and maintain them.
When it’s not the right fit
- You need rentals with an availability calendar, a product configurator or complex B2B logic – that would mean combining dozens of plugins. In that case, a custom online store built on Laravel (from €2,900) is more reliable.
- You have fewer than 10 products, and buyers usually ask questions before they buy. A website with an enquiry form or a product catalogue without a basket (from €799) is enough.
- You want to build and set up the store yourself on a hosted platform. Then you don't need our help – just bear in mind that you will pay a monthly subscription, and moving the store elsewhere later will be difficult.
- Your company website runs on Joomla. In that case, it is usually simpler to add a VirtueMart store to it – the price is based on the same packages.

WordPress and WooCommerce set-up
We install the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce, an admin area in English or Lithuanian, an SSL certificate and security settings. We use only as many plugins as are strictly necessary: the fewer there are, the fewer conflicts after updates.
Design for mobile and desktop
In the Start package, we adapt a template to your colours and logo, while in the Business and Premium packages we create a custom design for the home, category, product and basket pages.
Catalogue, variants and filters
Categories, product variants (size, colour, pack quantity), filters by attribute, related products and stock levels shown on the product page.
Online payments
Paysera or Montonio: bank links and payment cards. Depending on the package or your needs – Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer or pro forma invoices for businesses.
Delivery and parcel lockers
Omniva, DPD, LP Express or Venipak parcel locker selection in the basket, delivery prices by weight or order total, and a free delivery threshold. In the Business and Premium packages, you print shipping labels from the admin area.
Product entry and import
In the Start package, we add up to 30 products; in Business, up to 300, imported from Excel or CSV; in Premium, an unlimited number, synced with your supplier's XML feed.
SEO and analytics
Clean category and product URLs, Product structured data and a sitemap. In the Business and Premium packages, we set up GA4 and configure e-commerce events (product views, add to basket, purchases).
Training and a 12-month warranty
We show you how to upload products, change prices, create discount codes and manage orders. For 12 months, we fix bugs in how the store works free of charge.
Price
How much does a WooCommerce online store cost?
Price from
€999
A WooCommerce online store costs from €999: that is the price of the Start package with an adapted template, one payment provider and one courier (up to 30 products). The Business package (custom design, up to 300 products) costs from €1,690, and Premium, for a large product range and accounting integration, from €2,900.
Prices include all taxes – no VAT is added (we are not VAT-registered). The final price depends on the project, and we write it into the contract together with the timeline before work starts.
What the price depends on
- The number of products and how they are added: manually, imported from Excel or synced with your supplier.
- How many payment methods and couriers you need, and whether you need pro forma invoices for businesses.
- Whether orders, customers and stock levels need to be linked to your accounting software.
- Languages: in the Start and Business packages, each extra language adds 15% to the project price if you supply the translated texts, or about 20% if we translate them (we translate with the help of AI and then edit the text so it reads naturally).
- Whether an existing store is being migrated: products, customers, order history and old URLs.
Additional costs
- Online store hosting – from €70/year, a .lt domain – from €8/year; in the Business and Premium packages, the first year of hosting is included.
- Payment provider transaction fees – at the rates of Paysera, Montonio or another provider.
- Premium plugin licences (e.g. for some shipping or invoicing plugins) – only if you need them; we list them in our quote.
- Maintenance – from €29/month; extra integrations after launch: a payment or shipping provider – from €150, accounting software – from €490.

Examples
Typical projects
A clothing store with variants
- Situation
- For example, a clothing or footwear seller trades on social media and takes orders by message: every time, they have to confirm the size, colour and stock.
- Solution
- A Start package store with product variants by size and colour, Montonio payments and Omniva parcel lockers. Stock levels go down automatically after each order.
- Result
- Orders without back-and-forth messages, accurate stock levels and payment before the goods are dispatched.
Migrating a store from an old system
- Situation
- For example, a cosmetics store runs on an old system that no longer receives updates: the payment module has stopped working, and every product change takes time.
- Solution
- A new WooCommerce store (Business package): products, customers and order history are migrated via CSV files, 301 redirects are set up for the old URLs, and two payment providers are connected.
- Result
- Working payments, retained visitors from Google and an admin area where they manage products themselves.
A wholesaler with B2B pricing
- Situation
- For example, a building materials wholesaler wants to take orders from businesses online: each customer group has its own prices, and some customers pay against a pro forma invoice.
- Solution
- A Premium package store: prices for customer groups, ordering without card payment, PDF invoices and integration with the accounting software.
- Result
- Orders even outside working hours, fewer phone calls about prices, and invoices in the accounting software without re-typing.
